What an amazing experience, we loved every minute staying at this hotel. The facilities, food, views and staff was just amazing. We loved talking and joking with the shuttle driver, only to find out later he was the Hotel owner! shows you how amazing these people are. Highly recommended!

My husband and are both very satisfied of our 1 week stay at ZillergrundRock. The service we have received from our arrival to daily encounters with staffs from the restaurant, shuttle bus, spa, room service and reception are all exceptional with great attention to details. Besides their service orientied approach, the quality of food of our 3/4 board are excellent too. I usually have a sensitive stomach when I am dining out, but during our whole week there my stomach was very happy about what I ate and drunk, that has proven to me their high standard food quality. We would definitely come back again in the future, for the wonderful pool, wonderful sky sauna, wonderful food, and hospitality of the lovely staffs. One little improvement you can improve in the future, is that outdoor resting area of the wonderful sky sauna have a strong smell of kitchen, when I was resting in the outdoor sofa I can smell the kitchen exhaust quite well with the wind, that made my sauna experience less perfect, except that, all other details are perfect in my standard.

++ Hotel owners/hosts visible and communicating with guests in dining and bar, so even though it's a luxury experience, there's still the familiarity of an Austrian family run hotel.

- Some parts of the hotel (dining room and our room) were simply too warm, our room we could fix - by turning heating down and opening window.

Location is set in a beautiful secluded valley with sounds of the river nearby. The hotel is beautifully built in a modern touch that has centimeter efficiently built. The food is excellent which was surprising since full board. Hotels usually have average food.

Fantastic hotel! Loved our stay here. All the meals were delicious and included. Staff was kind and helpful. Often calling us taxis and giving recommendations for were to drink/explore. A great place to relax after a day of skiing. Very quiet and secluded with great views. Taxis from town to hotel are about 15 euro, but there is also a hotel shuttle during the day time. FYI saunas is mixed gender, no clothes… might be shocking for Americans. We mostly spent our time in the pools. Overall lovely experience and I would love to stay again. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet retreat near the Mayrhofen.

The location is fascinating. Between two majestic peaks, a misty forest, a wild river, along a mountain trail, not to far from a town.

The service very charming, friendly, accomodating, and professional. The food is exquisite.

I have just returned from a fantastic stay at there Zillergrund Rock! My partner and I and our friends were stayed for 7 days and found found the experience excelled our expectations. The hotel's furnishings were contemporary and stylish and beautifully finished. The majority of the staff were helpful and friendly and the facilities were first class.

Breakfast and dinner meal was of a very high standard, one of our friends suffers from lactose intolerance. Initially conveying this proved challenging but once this was understood the staff and chefs made allowances. Potentially this could have been better managed initially as it was conveyed prior to our arrival. But for the remainder of our group - we loved our meals. A minor point to improve service; we often found ourselves with empty glasses as the main course was delivered at the evening meal. Perhaps the waiting staff could check once the meals are delivered to the table that there are no further requirements, as often this was overlooked and their attention had to be gained.

The facilities as I said were modern, super clean and relaxing. To allow guests to enjoy these facilities even more, potentially offer more information on the facilities in regard to swimwear versus no swimwear as quite often guests were unsure of the etiquette. Either way people just want to do the correct thing and wear what is expected.

The hotel bus and local transportation into Mayrhofen was very prompt and provided an excellent means of getting to the ski lifts and returning after a good day.

Overall we had a very happy stay and would like to return again and repeat, not only for a skiing holiday but for potentially a summer break.

This resort is AMAZING! My husband and I had a great time. The food was outstanding for every meal, we got to meet some great people during meal times, the facilities were fabulous and most of all, it was very relaxing. Our only regret was that we didn't stay long enough.

Fantastic place to relax, a truly luxurious experience. The owners and stuff really care about the place and it’s evident in how the place is being run. The spa places are wonderful and beautiful, and food is really amazing. I would not go to any other hotel for a skiing trip.

Wow, this hotel is a dream come true. Everything is perfect here, from the location to the spa facilities, views, the amazing river flowing by. The sauna has the best view I have ever seen in my life, there is a gym and also afternoon snack from 2-4.30 which is included in the price. The best thing for me was the heated pool outside that has the most amazing views I have ever seen. Unreal!

One day we did a hike up the mountain which was great and the second day a bike ride to a fabulous lake. They had ebikes which was amaaaazing!

This recently renovated hotel has it all: beautiful nature, excellent food and wines, cozy and warm atmosphere, nice pools (sky pool is amazing) and wellness, quiet garden along the river, good service, friendly staff, comfy beds, … All of this is provided with care and attention to every detail. Just spent a week with the family. Very nice place at the skirts of Mayrhofen. Easy access to the main lifts for trekking. The hotel itself is renovated. Next to the river. Beautiful spa area.

Amazing holiday destination. Great food, beautiful rooms and excellent hiking trails nearby. Attention to detail at every level. Heaven away from home.

Great location, place looks awesome and v.comfortable too bad sauna and pool area are separated which makes it a bit less fun! but all in all place is great and recommended for a couple's vacation!!!

Everything from check-in until check-out was absolutely perfect. Womderfull spa, great kitchen, newly renovated, quiet location, pleasant staff. Comfortable beds and linen.

I would appreciate just few things - longer opening hours of the spa and swimming pool, some loyalty programme for returning customers and for breakfast some homemade cakes :-)

+ Hospitality, cleaning service, hotel room, food, design, swimming pool, SPA, massage - everything was amazing.
- We could see signs of unfinished renovation everywhere (unfinished carpeting on a rooftop, wires, unplanted trees). Few evenings in a row we waited for the main courses and drinks forever.

Beautiful modern resort. Great food, beautiful rooms and a relaxing spa. Even the details are perfection! Many activities to do in summertime in the surrounding. Would definitly reccommend this to everyone, i think we are definitly commin back! Fam Pfister und mitarbeiter danke sehr!
