Perfect alternative to stop at a highway rest house. Just 3min detour, half price and cosy guest room. In winter, even the fireplace was warm. Good Schnitzel. hot chocolate - survival guaranteed ;). Clean toilets

Viertler is a little hidden gem. They served the BEST topfenstrüdel I've ever had! Great ambience with a lovely waiter. They have daily menu's with delicous authentic food for an affordable price (€7-9). Right next to this Raststation you can refuel gas for a great value (€1,10 for E95). Highly recommend this lovely place! Viertler sets a great example for raststations!

A real nice, authentic place, good coffee, super clean toilets, nice atmosphere, cheap gasoline(literprice 30 cent cheaper than on the highway!) , just 500 meters from the highway graz - salzburg, exit Kalwang (small village with supermarket and some places to sleep (Zimmer frei))

Traumhafte steirische Hausmannskost. Die Gemüsesuppe war einfach SENSATIONELL lecker abgeschmeckt und das Backhendl war saftig und ganz wunderbar. Schade das ich so selten hier her komme. So schmeckt Österreich, Kompliment 🇦🇹

Klasse Kellner, tolles Essen für eine Raststätte. Nur zu empfehlen, vor allem wenn man keine Lust auf Autobahnverpflegung hat. Große Portionen, günstig und wirklich lecker.
