Gletscher Chalet

Wir waren Heuer im Juni knapp eine Woche im Gletscher Chalet zu Gast und waren voll und ganz zufrieden. Die Hütte ist bestens ausgestattet, alles sauber und die Gastgeberin sehr nett und hilfsbereit, kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wer einen Urlaub in ruhiger, etwas abgeschiedener Gegend sucht wird dort fündig. Gerne wieder! BG. Gerhard Flachs

Avoid this place, the owners/operators are following unethical business practices.

We booked a double room for 3 nights, on our arrival we received a room with bunk bed (very different from the pictures in the booking confirmation) - mistake happens, but they were not able to solve the problem, so we looked for other accommodation, now they don't want to reimburse the pre-paid full fee. Also, the communication style of their representative is simply unacceptable.

Avoid them, there are several better accommodation nearby.

Note: we booked in the nearby Gletscher Trail Hostel, but based on various sources the owner should be the same.

Be careful, the owner is a thief and a criminal. We were supposed to stay in another accomodation and our money was stolen. The host is the same person!
