Landhaus Rohrmoser - Apartments

We are family (2 Adults, 4 Children) we had a great holiday time in the lovely Landhaus Rohrmoser apartment in Zillertal. my family liked the place & the hosts provided us with all the services and support to the fullest, the apartment very cleaned and the view from the balcony are amazing. Thank you very much for great hospitality, If I’ll visit Zillertal again definitely I will stay in Landhaus Rohrmoser. Many thanks to dear Florian Rohrmoser and his family

The place is cosy. Family owned and the hosts were really friendly when we interacted with them.

Nice clean apartments, newly renovated. Kitchens are fully equipped with appliances, dishware, etc. The spa is clean and useful after a day on the slopes.

Ski bus stop is right in front of the building (for both directions). And the centre and restaurants are at walking distance.

Parking is available for the guests.

We (4 adults and 2 kids) stayed in the 'Gerlosstein' apartment for 6 nights in January 2023. Landhaus Rohrmoser is located within walking distance to the skilifts (there is also a Skibus that leaves right in front of the house) and to the local supermarket.
The apartment was very well equipped, very clean and nicely furnished. The family Rohrmoser was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this accommodation and would love to come back.

A great place to stay in Zillertal
Located a short 6 minutes walk from the Zillertal Arena ski area main gondola, and a similar distance from the supermarket
The apartment was roomy, comfortable and well maintained.
It's not luxurious, but you get everything you need, including a separate bathroom for every bedroom, which is great.

This family owned place is extremely nice, cosy, spacious.. with all the luxury of your own home. Owners are very nice, friendly and helpful. They even offered us garage to store bikes and trolley. Place itself is very clean and well maintained. It has a great location, is easy to find and park. We had a really pleasant stay with Rohrmoser family.

The Gerlosberg apartment (3 bedrooms apartmentin1st floor) is really great.
Big kitchen well equipped and nice sitting area. All bedrooms have wardrobes and bathrooms. The bathroom and the shower are small but clean and nice towels. All rooms was warm and the beds comfortable. Flat TV in all rooms and Internet. Parking in front of the house and also the skibuss stop. Very friendly and helpful owners. Thanks for everything.

Great people, great rooms and great location. The rooms were very sound proof which was great. Walking distance to both the city centre and the ski lifts. The owner was also very helpful

Great location, across the street from the ski-bus station (for those in ski boots). The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and we had everything we needed in our apartment.

Clean, large and pleasant apartments, close to city centre, very nice and helpful landlord. I forgot something in the room when leaving, asked the guy for help and he organized everything so that I could still pick it up later. He did it on Sunday even though he was already somewhere in the mountains with his relatives. I really appreciated his help! I can definitely recommend!

Seer gut

Lange im Voraus der Reise hatten wir schon Kontakt zur Familie Rohrmoser. Dabei erhielten wir nicht nur Tipps für Unternehmungen, Restaurants etc., sondern konnten für uns wichtige Fragen zu unserem Aufenthalt in Zell völlig problemlos vorab klären.
Vollkommen unkomplizierter online Check-In in der Woche vor der Anreise und dann vor Ort super freundlich in Empfang genommen worden.
Die Apartments liegen sehr zentral in Zell, mit dem Auto ist man in 2 Minuten auf der Schnellstraße, die durch das gesamte Tal und überall hin führt, ebenso 2 Minuten entfernt ist ein Spar Supermarkt für Einkäufe des täglichen Bedarfs und der Ortskern von Zell liegt ebenfalls nicht viel weiter entfernt.
Fußläufig ist innerhalb weniger Minuten auch die Zillertal-Arena zu erreichen mit den beiden Bergbahnen und der Sommerrodelbahn.
Wir wurden während unseres Aufenthalts mehrfach von Familie Rohrmoser nach unserem Befinden gefragt - die Zufriedenheit der Gäste steht hier auf Platz 1!
Alles in Allem war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt in dem modernen Apartment Felix, in welchem es auch an nichts mangelte.

Very nice and spacious appartment with 3 separate bed and bathrooms. Close to the center and close to the skilifts with even a busstop right in front of the house. All was very clean and tidy. Good functionning machiens present like dishwasher and coffeemachine, and combi oven. Very clean bathrooms with nice hot showers and enough towels and toilet paper. We had a great time. Enjoyed the skiing and the apres-ski which could be reached on foot.

Prachtig appartement: Gerlosberg, voor 6 personen, 3 slaapkamers met eigen badkamer met douche, wastafel en toilet.
Keurig schoon, ruime keuken met voldoende benodigdheden om te koken.
We hebben genoten, alles wat nodig is op een prima afstand.

Ruim en compleet ingericht appartement. Zeer gastvrije eigenaar. Het appartement ligt ook heel gunstig ten opzichte van skiliften, skischool, skiverhuur, restaurants en supermarkt in Zell am Ziller. Eigenlijk alles op loopafstand maar ook skibushalte voor de deur. We hebben een heerlijke wintersportvakantie gehad. Absolute aanrader. Januari 2024.

Prima locatie, dicht bij de skilift en supermarkt.
Busstop eventueel ook nog voor de deur.

Appartement van alle gemakken voorzien, badkamers wel wat aan de kleine kant maar verder goed in orde.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Die Ferienwohnung beeindruckte mit einer großartigen Ausstattung, einer durchdachten Zimmeraufteilung und einer perfekten Lage. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Sehr gemütliche und super schöne Unterkunft. Die Apartments schwanken zwar zwischen hochmodern und sehr urig, sind aber in jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswert. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich, sogar unsere Ski-Wäsche konnten wir nach der Halbzeit waschen. Mit Sauna und Skibus vor der Tür: Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben während unseres Wanderurlaubs im Apartment Gerlosstein gewohnt. Familie Rohrmoser ist sehr freundlich. Das Apartment ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Die gut ausgestattete Wohnküche ist gemütlicher Zentralort des Apartments.
Bei schönem Wetter lässt sich auf den Sitzmöbeln des umlaufenden Balkons das tolle Bergpanorama genießen.
Tagsüber zeitweise störende Verkehrsgeräusche von der vor dem Haus verlaufenden Straße.
Ein gut sortierter SPAR-Markt ist fußläufig in 5 Min. erreichbar.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Und wieder sind wir bei Familie Rohmoser gewesen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es war wieder so herzlich, wie wir aufgenommen wurden. Eine tolle Unterkunft, tolle Lage mit 10 Minuten zu Fuss zum Lift.
