I had an amazing stay! I was invited for a 1day conference, and stayed for an extra spa day. Nice room, massage was wonderful, outdoor pool is great, sauna area is peaceful, clean, and relaxing. I am traveling by train and it‘s very easy to get to with a free shuttle to/from the train station. Highly recommend for small business meetings and/or weekend spa getaway in the mountains

The hotel is close to the cable car that takes you to the top of the mountain. Due to the hotel's location, it is also best to arrive by car.

The rooms are large, tidy, and have a balcony. They provide a Wellness section with many saunas, an indoor pool with outdoor access and a nice view of the mountain, and massage services. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with fresh food and a wide selection! Definitely a spot to return:)

Just 2 issues;
1- they need to focus on it, the TV in the room need to be smart TV and have different channels.
2- why the hotels guest pay for the car parking while other some hotels in Austria there is no fee for parking.

Overall great hotel to stay and highly recommended.

I would consider this a 5-star hotel due to the great interior, outstanding customer service (this was 10/10!), accessibility for seniors, convenience of the location (world’s largest ice cave is 15 min drive, lots of mountain peaks around). Large hotel territory with good spa area and pools. Very quiet and private area. The food at the bar and the breakfast are amazing - with great fair prices! The dinner restaurants are awful though. The other few cons are the AC not working and no hair conditioner and bad dryer.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good sized rooms and ours had beautiful views of the mountains from our balcony. The food was fantastic very high quality and good choice. Excellent facilities.

Beautiful and quite location with amazing views. Great location for company events, trainings, team building but also hikes and sightseeing. The food was delicious with many options to chose from with even more options on the liquor side.

I recently stayed at this hotel for the second time and I continue to be impressed by its excellent value and prime location. The rates are incredibly reasonable, considering the quality of service and amenities provided. The hotel offers both paid and free parking options, although finding a free spot on the property can be a bit challenging as they are often reserved. However, the convenience of the central location, close to attractions and public transportation, makes it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good value, a great location, and a positive experience. I can't wait to visit again!

As a guest, I'm spoiled!
You can do a lot of stuffs! You can actually rent E-bike, golf cart, and many more.
You can take the cable care or even hike up the ikarus Mountain and go down with the sommerrodelbahn.
Totally cool! You get a free ticket from the hotel.

Sauna is perfekt! Swimming pool as well! A romantic night could also be arranged.

Breakfast buffet is 💯

This hotel is an absolute jewel in the mountains. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The restaurant on the ground floor is infinitely bright and the service is almost perfect. The only downside is that the food is average at best. In particular, the nearby alpine hut unfortunately only offers dishes that would have been better cooked at home. Even though they claim to offer Austrian cuisine, the Wiener Schnitzel is subterranean.

Back to the positive points: Internet works well and fluently despite the remoteness of the facility. The wellness area has 3 saunas and a steam bath and is modern and bright. It's a great place to spend several hours.

We had a girls weekend here and we were so happy with everything. It is a beautiful location. We were over the moon with being able to check in early. The star were so friendly and attentive, especially the bar staff Allesandro and the others. I will definitely be returning with my family!

Our stay was amazing! The staff was super friendly, the food was delicious, everything was super clean and the sauna was very relaxing! We definitely want to come back! That’s how an hotel should be!

This place is great - very comfortable, beautiful views, very spaciouse apartment, good and well equipped kitchen and a big living room. The location is lovely and close to lakes and other attractions. We had a just a great time there.

Truly enjoyable stay - the hotel's interior really has a lot of attention to details and high-level touches.

What I think (unfortunately) makes you 4S and not 5* hotel is a little bit the behaviour of staff. I was not highly impressed by the bar service (level was not entirely there, not the most welcoming attitude and cocktails - penicillin very much out of balance).

Excellent front desk service with very culturally sensible, genuine and accommodating colleagues (our check in agent was Mr Petros).

Spa truly a treat - same comment about staff, they need to "breathe more of the spa attitude as they do at the moment". There could be improvements.

Exemplary hotel!! We loved staying here. I’m so glad we decided to stay an extra night. The breakfast is the best I’ve had anywhere and the rooms are fantastic- spacious and clean! The views on the balcony are amazing and location-wise, this place is unbeatable. We had such an amazing stay. The spa is relaxing and the pools are so nice. I only wish we chose to stay longer. Will be looking forward to coming back someday.

Modern and trendy design of the hotel and rooms, beautiful view from the room, big and beautiful spa and pool areas, super friendly staff, great restaurants (the 3/4 board is excellent value and also there are hardly any alternatives around). Especially recommended for couples, as this seems to be a hotel with less facilities for children and that keeps the atmosphere more relaxed and a perfect fit for a romantic vacation.

The room is very comfortable and adjusted for ski and winter activities. The spa area is of very high standard. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

I cannot fault this place. Beautiful, comfortable and well organised.

It is a wonderful hotel. Everything is very modern and clean. The room and bathrooms are big, the bedroom has big windows. The view is fantastic, several mountains around! The pools are nice, but not very warm. Especially the Jacuzzi could be warmer. The sauna area is amazing. There are four different sauna, each with different heat. Super nice and relaxing!! Book massages at least two days in advance, if you don't stay at the hotel for long!

Great hotel with a relaxing and harmonious atmosphere. Room with great beds and pillows. Unfortunately we could stay only for one night. Would definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a great spot to stay,
