It’s been best 3 days in this hotel service and all inclusive ever 👍🏻. We love it! Personal were very welcome and helpful. Food and drinks? Insane! Very delicious, fresh and healthy. You can eat and drink up what you want, when you want. ( Beer, Red Bull , delicious wines, and others things) Anyway, if you looking for chill and cozy place where people really take care about you, go for it! Personal can speak Germany and english + Czech. We looking forwards to visit you next year! And pool and saunas, the best! Thanks 😊

I had a very good time on Falkensteiner Hotel.
Especially in the Spa area. There is an amazing outside Sauna, where they are doing some sauna infusion, which is extraordinary.
So I recommend for everybody, who like spa world.🤗

Exceeded our expectations!

Being used to stay only in luxury hotels and feeling worried before the arrival how this would be here, it surprised us positively in many ways:

1) The real fire place in the lobby, social room with pool and soccer table, all inclusive bar with fast service.

2) The view out of the room in this romantic winter landscape

3) The pools were nice and warm (except obviously the one in the sauna area which was purposely ice cold). Its relaxation areas were so cute and inviting to chill.

4) The SPA with three different saunas (with lovely aroma therapies) and the regular organised sauna experiences. It was a blast!

5) Best tea selection.

6) The quality of food and fantastic salad sauce you could add to your diy salad (buffet).
Vegan and gluten free options are available.

7) All the extra activities one can do like golfing etc. without additional costs.
Also, it is a dog friendly hotel.

The hotel is a bliss. Professional, clean and everyone very nice with smiles everywhere. The rooms are very environment friendly (no plastic bottles in the whole hotel, reusable and refillable bathroom goodies 👍). The food was a plus side for me. The lactose free butter for breakfast, the special desserts if you have intolerances. Very well done. The spa and the treatments are just fabulous, the spa area very spacious so that everyone can enjoy themselves. I really loved the place and plan to come back. The only thing I wish I had known in advance is that if I buy a special package, I need to keep an eye on if I am getting all I paid for. When after my payment I realized I booked a package and did not get some parts of it (complimentary massage). Honestly, I did not expect to hear from the receptionist, it is my bad (the other of the two that knew it is possible to buy extra packages for the stay) in a four star hotel, especially when I told them I am coming back. These last points of contact are very important my 20 years in communication business says. So next time I would suggest a different choice of words or solution in an otherwise flawless hotel. (Next time, no extra packages for me).

Super hotel with super services. Adults only. If you want to take a break, pick this hotel. We stayed 3 nights in June, beautiful nature, walks and trails around, amazing views all around. Great food

Great food on breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fantastic wellness. Rooms are average, unfortunately the Austrian standard beds with separate mattresses and individual small blankets. Improve this and it will be a perfect hotel.

Spent three beautifull nights with our kids. Kids enjoyed their own room and we appreciated our privacy. The rooms are nice and clean, hotel generally well maintained. The swimming pool, indoor and outdoor is what our kids loved the most, although we had to keep them a bit quiet - its a welness hotel not focused for the kids, what we new and respected. Food is fine enough. Special thanks to a bartender who made our evenings wery pleasant.

Amazing hotel-spa. Saunas are naked but no the swimming pool.
The restaurant is very big and my congratulation, incredible chef.
Wednesday they open till 22 so is fantastic for a relax night bath.

standards been set high. Was asking 4 flowers for my fiancee, they made it happen easily. Great Customer Service! Do highly recommend ❤
