Ursprungs Panorama Hotel

This hotel checks all boxes. It has absolutely everything. The rooms are very clean, spacy, modern and cosy. The restaurant is outstanding! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. But the ultimate cherry on the pie is the location of this hotel. It is literally across the street from the skilift, the slope ends on the parking lot of the hotel and all you need is walking distance. We will come again for sure!

I had an incredible vacation at Ursprungs Panorama Hotel! The breakfast was really tasty, with a wide variety of options to cater to different preferences. The view from the rooms and the sauna was a really great bonus as well.

The highlight of my trip was the hikes with Maurits, who was truly irreplaceable. He knew every inch of the mountains and provided insightful explanations while motivating everyone throughout the hike. Overall, the hotel offered great experiences for all age groups with plenty of fun activities and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

This hotel is a real gem. The staff are super friendly and like dogs! Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The spa was perfect and very relaxing. We will be back.

The hotel is family run and the establishment is nice, stylish and cozy. The staff is very friendly and eager. The biggest added value of the hotel are the daily hikes and mountain bike tours (for beginners and advanced) in the beautiful Zillertal Alps with Maurits. He invests a lot of time and even considers the guests’ individual requests. He is extremely competent, very positive, friendly and always strives to offer the guests an unforgettable experience. The hike to the Zittauerhütte is highly recommended. We will be happy to come back. I can highly recommend the hotel in every way possible.

We loved the room and spa, the service was excellent. We will definitely be back if we are in the area again. Very convenient for visiting the krimml falls area and dog friendly.

I rarely write reviews, but I couldn't miss this one. From the moment we booked till the moment we checked out, we felt welcomed and taken care of.
To start with, we are a family with three small kids, and at least one of them shares the bed with us. Many hotels do not let us into one room or suggest the most expensive suits. This was not the case, there was no issue about number of people in the room and the booking was super quick despite it was made one day before check in, on Sat night.
We welcomed by Jutta at arrival, she personally accompanied us to our room showing along the way kids area, access to swimming pool & spa etc.
The room itself is spacious, the panorama mountain view is to die for, and we had a bath in the room which made a big impression on kids.
It's spotlessly clean, the cleaning is daily and thoroughly made.
Breakfast... with such a breakfast you don't need a dinner. Assortment of breads, meats, cheeses, fresh fruits (seasonal and exotic), yogurts. If you a fan of tea, you will have a hard time choosing between all available options - natural, not from the paper pack but real teas.
The spa area is clean and comfortable, you can have fee tee also there throughout the day.
We were on half board (you can select one of two options for the starter and main dish). On a day when both main options were with meat, they suggested that we choose from a la cart menu as one of us was vegetarian.
You can feel that it's not just business - it's personal. Jutta noted that one of our daughters loved drawing and offered her a small pack of coloring pens. That was so sweet and touchy.
At check out, we were given a small sweet present - both for the kids and for adults.
In summary, we highly recommend it - one of our best hotel experiences ever.

I've spent an amazing week in the summer at this beautiful hotel.
There is a spa with a nice swimming pool, sauna, relax room, terrace and more.
The room I had was very nice with a beautiful view. Also I'm tall so it was nice to be able to fit under the shower! :)
The Breakfast is probably one of the best I've ever had.
The staff is friendly and they offer tours for their guests.
The tourguide is Maurits and he shows you around Zillertal. He knows his stuff and makes sure the hikes and mountainbike trips are for beginners and more experienced hikers and bikers. I took both the beginners and advanced tours for a week and can recommend all of them. (Make sure you bring your gear)

Simply perfect. Just returned from a few days stay at this hotel. From the start we were warmly welcomed by Jutta, with welcome drinks and
offered a upgraded room which was perfect. The hotel has been renovated to an exceedingly high standard. Everything is perfect. You really cannot find fault.The staff here are sooooo friendly yet provide a great professional service. The spa is great and we had it to ourselves before breakfast one day. You can sit in the relaxation room with panoramic windows simply watching clouds drift down the valley. There is also an in house guide who provides daily walks so you can explore the area. We really enjoyed our 5hr walk with a lunch stop. The hotel also provided a Free Dorfbahn card too to travel to the top for more walking trails. And then the restaurant....wow! Great food and wine recommendations and a breakfast spread with everything you could possibly wish for. You won't go hungry here. Congratulations Jutta and team, we had the best time

Everything was great, food, wellness, staff. Very happy with this stay I will come back one day! I can 100% recommend this hotel.

After all these years visiting, i also am writing a review. Best place to be (snow (hotel is at 1600mtr, walking distance to lift and skiing back to hotel), very good food, nice terrace, swimming pool, sauna etc. AND best service) in Winter and now also in Summer with all kind of activities which the hotel advises and accommodate.

Not just great service (as expected from a good hotel) but also very friendly and down to earth. The room ánd the view were amazing. The spa was lovely and again; beautiful view on the mountains across.

Im really sorry i accidentally took the swimming glasses that were provided by the hotel. However the hotel was great and the facilities were excellent.

Fantastic hotel, especially the staff. The restaurant is great and I recommend renting an ebike. This was my favorite place in all of Austria. I can't recommend it enough. Just a note, we are here in July. I suppose the skiing in winter must be amazing.

Top notch hotel with fabulous service and quality from beginning to end. Furthermore the hotel has a hiking guide who organizes with professionalism and enthusiasm daily walks. I highly recommend this hotel

We have had a splendid stay, very clean en nice beautifull rooms. extremly helpfull en attend staff, oure son had lost his teddy.
after one telefoon call it was immediatly send to our home adress in the netherlands. our daugther is in a wheelchair en staff is very proactive and helpfull. Good Tip for a stay
