Van's Place - Luxury-Apartment Kaltenbach

This is a great place to stay. The apartment is modern, stylish, well maintained and well equipped. The location is peaceful with good views and good acceess to slopes. Pam and Leon are super friendly and very helpful hosts. Perfect!

Van’s Place is great! Luxurious with great service and a great location close to the slope taking you down to the lift.
The hosts were fantastic and really cared for our comfort and wellbeing.

We enjoyed a lot. The apartment is very clean , very nicely organized. All details are thought through . Comfortable clean beds, amazing sauna , super nice kids games, books, and super nice wine fridge :) View of the apartment amazing!! Easy and quick access to ski lifts with kids.

We had the most amazing stay at Van's Place from 1-6 September 2022. The apartment is spacious and even more beautiful than the photos. The decor is chic and cosy, everything was sparkling clean, and the bed super comfie. (The blinds and block-out curtains were wonderful for lazy mornings!)

The setting is breathtaking - far enough from "urban life" to feel truly in the country but close enough to quickly pop down to the shop for fresh bread! The region is spectacular for cycling and hiking.

Pam and Leon were friendly and incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would give six stars if we could!

What a beautiful apartment! A very nice view, very clean and neatly finished. Pam and Leon provided a very warm welcome. We felt right at home. Very correct and nice people! Also very child friendly! Highly recommended!!!

This was such a lovely stay, we enjoyed the comfort of the apartment with all the attention to little details which made us feel at home. We loved the New Year’s fireworks; the view from the apartment was spectacular, it was a fantastic start to the new year. The proximity to the slopes was great and the owners did an excellent job to make us feel welcome. We would absolutely love to stay at Van’s Place again. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Life definitely gets better @ Van's Place. Pam and Leon are great hosts, friendly, helpful, nice and interesting people. You need to know, there is only one appartment for rent in their own house, that means no other guests, fantastic & quiet stay like when visiting your friends. The location is great, the view beautiful, the appartment feels like real home. Worth every penny! Enjoy it as much as we did :-)

Die Wohnung ist ein wahrlicher „place to be“. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und an jedes Detail ist gedacht. Nach einem Skitag war insbesondere die Infrarotsauna ein echtes Highlight.

Pam & Leon sind die herzlichsten Gastgeber, die ich je erlebt habe. Ein hochwertiges Apartment mit Liebe eingerichtet, tolle Lage sogar mit kurzem Fußweg zum Anschnallen an der Talabfahrt, eine unglaublich umfassende Frühstücks-Box, die mit Porridge & Früchten, frischen Brötchen & Croissants und vielem mehr den perfekten Start in den Tag garantiert. Pam ist jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit und gibt alles, dass es ihren Gästen an nichts fehlt.

Wer traumhafte Tage im Zillertal verbringen möchte, unbedingt vorbeischauen ☺

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sodass keinerlei Wünsche offen bleiben.

Für Skifahrer ist auch die Lage perfekt, da die Talabfahrt nur 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar ist.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die wir gern wieder buchen. Alles ist perfekt eingerichtet und die Lage (man kann zu Fuß zur Piste gehen) ist fürs Skifahren einfach genial. Pamela steht jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und hat hervorragende Tipps für Unternehmungen parat.

Pam ist eine sehr fürsorgliche und herzliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Moment wie Zuhause gefühlt. Das Apartment war noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine ganz tollen Zeit in dem perfekten Apartment! Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Infrarotkabine ist die Krönung obendrauf. Pam und Leon sind ganz tolle Gastgeber. Wir können einen Urlaub hier nur empfehlen. Zur Skipiste läuft man 5 Min. und auch als Wander- oder Radtour Ausgangspunkt perfekt gelegen.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die Lage (5 von 5) ist sehr gut! Die Skipiste (Talabfahrt) ist gerade einmal 300 Meter entfernt und leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Appartement ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet - es fehlt wirklich an nichts (5 von 5). Ein Highlight ist sicher die Infrarotkabine, besonders nach einem langen Skitag. Sauberkeit 5 von 5.

Wir waren im Januar ganz spontan in Van‘s Place und haben uns sofort in das Apartment verliebt. Die modernste Ausstattung mit Liebe zum Detail und die Lage (zu Fuß keine 5 min zur Talabfahrt) sind einfach perfekt. Von Pam und Leon wurden wir durchgehend super betreut und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.

Der Service der Vermieterin ist überragend.
Einziges Manko, ist die Schlaf couch, die für einen gut gebauten Erwachsenen ungemütlich sein kann.
Sollten wir wieder in der Gegend auf der Suche nach einer Unterkunft sein, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder
