I wasn't a Sport Eller customer, but one of their customers mistakenly took my skis!

Andreas was extremely helpful in resolving the situation - far more helpful than my own ski shop was.

If this is the level of service they provide to a non-customer, then I have no doubt that their service to their own customers will be outstanding. I will be renting my skis from here when I return to Zillertal.

Had a really good experience here. Skis were great and was easy to try out different pairs over our 3 day stay. Special thanks to Simonas who helped us out a lot and made everything so easy !

Great experience. I was there only for a day and helped my very quickly to get ready for the slopes.

On arrival i mixed up my skies and the staff was very friendly and helped me out.
