La Cucina Cafe & Restaurant Mayrhofen

We stopped in here for dessert. The service was fantastic. The atmosphere was cozy with pretty detail on the walls and ceiling. We ordered the apple strudel, and brownie, both came with ice cream, and both were yummy! If you get the chance, I would highly recommend stopping in here for dessert!

I had a wonderful dining experience in this restaurant. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it perfect for a relaxing meal. The food was exceptional, especially the Italian Tiramasu, which was bursting with flavor. Our waiter was attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and excellent service.

Really really good authentic Italian food plus great hospitality! King prawns and Burrata is a must try, also garlic bread. Would come here again!

I’ve read some of the reviews and I cannot relate with the bad experiences at all. The staff is amazing and friendly. The food is amazing and one of the best I’ve eaten around Mayrhofen. Honestly I can recommend everyone this restaurant. I love how it’s a smaller restaurant and has an open kitchen. I wish my friends and I discovered this place earlier because it’s the best in my opinion ❤

Delicious food, friendly staff and great location. Second year we came back to repeat the Chicken Alfredo and the tiramisu, pictured, was fantastic. My daughter had Fusilli Gorgonzola with spinach, was super impressed and full. Recommend to stop by when in Mayrhofen!

We had lunch and I must say that the waiter (it felt like the owner but not sure) was so attentive. Gave us a table right away. Came by within minutes and asked us what we would like to drinks. And was so easy and kind about my specific request about food. The food was delicious and prices were fair. He really cared to give us a nice experience!

The minestrone is the best I’ve ever tried I want the recipe for myself. We have been here three times during our trip to Austria and will be coming back before the end of our trip. The pasta tastes incredible. The desserts are also amazing . We’ve tried the Apple strudel is served warm and delicious and they have the best soft serve ice cream me and my family have ever tasted. :))) The people here are delightful and so welcoming as well! Do try it if you come to Austria!!!

I passed by the restaurant by chance with my family and the pasta was one of the best I have ever had in my life and the girl working there was very nice.

This restaurant is truly Italy come to Austria. They have a wide variety of options including but not limited to traditionl italian pastas, various salads, starters and wonderful desserts. Our biggest highlight would have to be the vanilla soft serve ice cream which, contrary to most soft serves, has a very natural flavor.
The service is incredibly quick and attentive.
It has been one of the highlights of our trip here.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at La Cucina and I must say, it was an exceptional experience, especially for someone with gluten intolerance like myself. It is always hard to find a gluten free restaurant, especially in smaller towns.
I ate a pasta called Rustico with creamy tomato sauce, pancetta and chicken breasts with some parmesan. They have a lot of other pastas to select from. The pasta to ingredients ratio was great. Their salads are also delicious with a good ratio of the ingridents.

The food is definitely authentic Italian. The people are very very kind. Dined here multiple times during our stay, and the quality is consistent.

We were recently in Mayrhofen for a : week ski holiday. We dined at La Cucina on 3 evenings. The food on each occasion was very good - all four diners enjoyed the various dishes ordered. The restaurant is small (there is also outdoor seating) so would recommend booking. Highly recommend.

Great Italian food. Good vibe. Authentic. Many choices of pasta and salads.

A really nice little Italian and a great break from heavy Austrian food. It's a pretty small restaurant so you'll really need to book. Had a nice glass of wine. Some starters which were olives and hummus. The wild boar ragu was a tasty alternative to beef stew. Service was OK, as they'd clearly been busy and it was the end of the night I'd forgive them slight terseness.

Lovely staff, very welcoming and great food ❤

Back here 1 month later, the food and atmosphere really are 5 star, so much so I went out and bought them a large bunch of flowers to say thank you 😊
