Sonneck-Frühstückspension

We had a wonderful stay here! The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one, including giving us a ride from the train station and storing a bag for us for a few days after we left! Would absolutely recommend as a basecamp for exploring the area!

Amazing place with amazing hosts. We stayed here for 7 nights and it was the best hotel we ever booked. Cosy rooms with nice and comfortable beds, clean and nice bathroom (with good water pressure!) and great view from every window. If you're looking to book here, I highly advise you do so. It is 5 minutes until the closest town. Enjoy!

We stopped here to sleep on a long car trip and had a great experience. The room was very comfortable and had a wonderful view, and breakfast was very good! A minute away from the road, but a quiet peaceful place

Bernice and her family were such lovely hosts. When we got into a snow storm and our journey was heavily delayed on our way back from Italy to Germany, we decided to rest overnight and stay where we were in Austria, but had severe difficulties to find anything open in the middle of the night, Bernice was so kind to respond the phone and take us in.

It is a very cute and charming house with a really nice surrounding. We spent a good and restful night and had a nice breakfast in the morning. We are frequent travellers and are accustomed to good service, but Bernice was so kind and helpful that we were so happy about our decision to stay overnight. We even think about going back in summer and spend some time there for hiking.

Extremely nice hosts, very well prepared rooms and delicious food (also specifically adjusted for vegetarian/vegan needs!). On top of that a beautiful alpine view, 10/10 would recommend!

Best host ever. Has a garage for motorcycles.
We arived on motorcycles completely wet and miserable. Host provided a space to dry all of our clothes and even offered to drive us to the local shop for food. Ended up having frozen pica baked by hosts wife and beer from hosts personal stash.
Brekfast was good, with all you need.
And most important - all rooms has spectacular view of mountains, could sit by the window all day drinking beer.
I will certai ly stay ther when I'm wisiting Austria again.

Verena and Christian are very nice and welcoming people, they do their best to please their customers. We only spent a night, but the view and the place is really great.

Bitte nicht wundern aber wenn ich keine Aussage zu der Pension selbst machen kann, denn wir haben zwei junge Damen, die dort nächtigen wollten auf einem völlig verregneten Parkplatz entdeckt und aus dem schweren Regen gerettet und dorthin gefahren. Die Frühstückspension sieht auf jeden Fall sehr herzlich und einladend aus und hat einen Parkplatz der groß genug war um mit unserem Campingbus dort zu wenden. 2021-07-31

Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, sehr saubere Zimmer, nur 3 Minuten zur Autobahn und trotzdem super leise sowie mitten in der Natur. Als Ausgangsort zu den Salzburger Skigebieten bestens geeignet. Alles in allem ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Suuuuuuper zuvorkommende Gastgeberin! Ganz herzlich und nett. Durften unsere regennassen Klamotten im Heizungskeller trocknen! Spitze!

Die Unterkunft und gerade die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer etwas hellhörig...aber nach 60km aufm Fahrrad hat das einer guten Nacht keinen Abbruch getan ☺👌🏻
