An incredible spot great hospitality. The scenery was too beautiful for words. Be sure to go up to the top of the mountain for jaw dropping views.

Top Ferienwohnung mit super Ausstattung und ideal für Family aber auch Paare. Wir sind mit unserem Hund da gewesen, und das Team aber auch die Wohnung sind ideal für Haustierhalter. hier fühlen Hund und Herrchen sich wohl und willkommen. Top!!!!

Kaffeemaschine ist vorhanden: wichtig ganze Bohnen mitbringen 🤗ansonsten sind Spülmaschine und Spülmittel vorhanden-ebenso Wäscheständer für die Nassen Kleider🤗👌perfekt. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir waren sehr (positiv) überrascht, ob der Größe des Appartements! Sehr viel Platz! Zwei Schlafzimmer mit großen Betten. Zwei Badezimmer, eins mit Badewanne, eins mit begehbarer Dusche, insgesamt zwei Toiletten, riesiges Wohnzimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche, Kamin, große Terrasse mit Bergblick. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles hat funktioniert. Ankommen. Abschalten. Erholen!
Das Hotel selber ist sehr sehr schön. Sehr gutes Essen, freundlicher Service, schöner großer Wellness Bereich und sauberer gut temperierter Pool und Whirlpool. Zudem sehr relaxte Atmosphäre, es verläuft sich alles, wirkt nie überfüllt, hektisch oder wuselig. Alles sehr entspannt.
Wir Erwachsenen und die Kids haben uns sehr gut erholen können und empfehlen das Hotel und die Appartements ohne Einschränkungen weiter.

Wir hatten am letzten Tag einen Stromausfall wegen einem Wasserschaden im Appartement über uns, schon nach wenigen Minuten hat sich ein Techniker darum gekümmert! Top Service!

Great facilities badly in need of new Management. First experience was that our family booking made more than a month in advance was miss managed and we were placed in the furthest buildings from each other. The response was sorry. They did nothing for 4 days. Not even a simple gesture like waving the silly 8 euro fee for the kids to use the pool. Also the lack of signage is unacceptable. I drove into the car parking for building 1 & 2 and saw an entry door and took my kids and luggage and walked in. To our surprise when we walked through two doors and stepped into the lift it was building 1. No signs anywhere. We tried to go back to search for another door we were locked out of the parking because we needed building 1 access card. We were stuck. Again due to the lack of signage my only sure way to make back into the garage was to go up and into the car parking and open the door from the other side. Then I found the door for building 2 in the far corner hidden by the parked cars again no signs above the door or on the pavement. Same issue (door) was even more annoying if you are staying in building 2 and the waste room is in building 1. If you walk through that door to throw your waste you can't go back to the parking. You must go up out to building 2 and then back down to the car. Just stupid. Also note that they don't clean the place or replace the towels. Also if you crack the windows to get some air except to have bees everywhere my daughter and I were stung. I don't understand why they don't have fly screens.
If this place was cheap I would have not cared much but for that price all the other properties we stayed in during our trip to Austria was 100 times better.
I believe the place has potential, fix your booking system, install some clear signs and drop the silly policies especially the fees for using the pool.
