This has to be the best experience I have had at a Vodafone and it was all thanks to and because of Ayesha. She understood that I needed thorough help and delivered accordingly. She made it an extremely easy transaction as well as explained everything I needed to get my plan seperated, and what to expect as well, as I was previously on a joint plan. She was extremely reassuring and kind and patient and made sure sure she could get me the best type of phone and extras as well as explaining all the details I needed to know. It was already a stressful day for me and she even took the time to listen and empathise with me and made the whole experience so much easier and a relief. It might seem like a small gesture to some, but her treatment of me was something I was hugely greatful for. I will only be coming back to this vodafone in the future as long as she is working there and gets to deal with me. A one of a kind person and an even better saleswoman! Thanks again Ayesha, really appreciate your work!

I just purchase new sim from vodafone the girl over there name Ayesha was nicely and politely explaining us the query we were very impressed by her good dealing and behavior we really appreciated vodafone staff especially Ayesha.

Went into the Waterford shopping centre to get some advice on SIM cards as a new arrival in Australia. Ayesha was super helpful going through the different plans available & helped me find the best one. She went above & beyond to help me find a good plan & once picking one she helped me set up the app and gave me all the information I needed. She was really patient with me & even made me laugh. I will feel very comfortable going back to this store because of Ayesha. Thank you again for your help!

Great service by Ayesha, really happy for the good deal I have been given and the guy who is writing a review tenzin about her I must say he is liar and fraud and asking free items I stand behind them waiting for my turn when your wife read the paper and sign and you scolding your wife . shame on this man for disrespecting women then you came two times for bargain and she told your wife read all paper and sign who has the account in Vodafone not by you. Don't worry I leave my details to her and ask to report you when you were harassing her for free items
