I was really quite happy to walk into this supermarket. My senses were delighted with the aroma of hot pastries and pies. Then I saw the hot chicken and gravy rolls.... 🤤 They looked delicious. Had to talk to myself sternly so as not to buy one at 9.30 am. 😂 Everything from the bakery to the deli and to the fresh produce, oh, and the fresh flowers out front was beautifully fresh and well presented.
It was nice to see that personalised service has returned to a store with the removal of self-serve checkouts. The young man who served me today was not to be faulted in his customer service. Thank you to you, young man and IGA, for the positive shopping experience. 🥰

Big, quiet and good stock sale pricing

My elderly mum fell while at the checkout (not the stores fault) and the staff and manager were so good they helped her up and helped her put her groceries through. They offer to help when she goes shopping by helping her get her things she needs. Prices are better than at Coles and no empty shelves and customer service is very good and mile's better than Coles (I worked at Coles).

There was a very nice cashier the other day, his name was Brandon. I think he should get a raise. He is a great employee and always tries his hardest to make things work. I always see him running around doing the trolleys vigorously. He really needs a raise because he is sooo nice and it just made my day. Ive heard alot of low payed workers here so I think they should pay more to everyone.

Been hearing about their fresh food deli for some time now, so I thought I'd give it a try.

I quite like it actually. Interesting selection at their buffet section. Of course the free drink/chilled water is a bonus.

Excellent fresh food. In store take away buffet is impressive and freshly cooked. Mongolian chicken was delicious and the Cauliflower Cream Cheese looked really mouth watering and fresh. Restaurant quality food for supermarket prices,!

One of the nicer IGAs. Lots of decent quality brands and good meats. Only supermarket that sells decent bacon too! Only downside is there's no mobile reception inside, so I always gets texts after I leave saying "can you pick this up as well"....

Friendly helpful staff, especially Vivien and Callum and Daniel. Always service with a smile. Great choice of brands unlike Coles and Woolworths. Fabulous cheeses and charcuterie, lots of fresh seafood. Good value with weekly specials.

This IGA store has a really big floor plan, so it has more room between isles. Open late nights and it's usually quick to get a check out. Range and quality of fresh fruit, vegetables and meat is great. Keeps slightly bigger than normal range of other products that you would expect in a residential supermarket.

Great selection. Good fruit and veg section, large meat selection, huge deli section. Staff are helpful. Prices aren't the cheapest, but the products are worth it.

But as always with the local demographic be supercareful about stuff in the carpark and people loitering around the shopping centre as this is a crime hotspot!

A worker by the name of Brandon did some great service! He came to rescue when i couldn't find some chips, what a legend now I eat my Doritos only by the great service of Brandon, what a cool guy this occurred on Wednesday around 5pm-7pm!!!!

For Ella and Tanith - you girls were exceptional today. I hope your management give you an appropriate reward for your stellar behaviour and professional demeanour. As the 5 day lock down commenced and the vast amount of ppl descended on IGA - you both maintained a level of professionalism and dignity. There were customers who were less than appropriate and behaved in such a low rent manner, caused terrible scenes and were appalling towards other customers (much like the last lock down videos that went viral portrayed) - yet you both behaved beautifully.
Thank you. Thank you for being patient, kind and courteous. And thank you for suffering the panic purchasing.
I also hope beyond hope that you receive some kind bonus or equivalent.

7 till 11, 7 days a week. Awesome selection of products. This is my favorite store in Perth. Even better now with their price matching!
