Recently made a purchase on tow mirrors and the team member was very knowledgeable about the products including telling me that if a truck side swipes them they won't break but however fold in... 5 days later a truck tested this theory and spot on! 👌

Had what we needed. Staff were helpful and quick to serve.

The store manager Dion was extremely helpful, knew the products and nothing was a problem.

Had a headlight go out on my Trailblazer whilst on holiday, 450kms from home, so went to Autobarn, Mt Gambier, hoping for help.
Michael greeted me, with a smile, and told me he could replace the globe for me right then and there.
They didn’t have the globe in stock, but luckily Repco did (who were also very friendly), so I purchased from them, and then took it back to Michael at Autobarn, who fitted it for me, and at no cost.
Unbelievable service. It removed all of my stress and I carried on with my holiday stress free.
Good customer service means so much, especially in stressful situations.

I love going in to this store. The staff are polite & courteous. They even do the small jobs for me. IE: Checking oil, coolant, brake fluid & power steering fluid.
I have a discount card for another auto shop. I'll gladly stick with the "Boys from the BARN!!"

Great friendly staff, Steve especially. Having to purchase a new battery on a Sunday he very obligingly fitted it for us.

Bought a rhino rack here a couple of months ago. Great product, going strong. They didn't have a functioning fitting service at this store, so manager, Steve, helped me fit it himself. Amazing service. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Darren was amazing. He was kind enough to answer the telephone way after closing, even during the crazy Christmas period (and on a Saturday) delivered a battery to my house and fitted it so I was able to collect my children. Exceptional service. Turns out buying wiper blades for a 2 year old German car is not like replacing on a HQ Holden. Glad I called in. They replaced the blades on the car for me. Great work fellas!

Walked in Greated by a lovely Lady named Mika she sorted me out on the spot installed my wipers and sent me on my way good to have someone serve me that was genuine out going and friendly will definitely be coming back
