Good ambience, helpful staff, food taste consistent and was ready within reasonable time even during a little busy period

Bought a family feed one week ago, it was pretty bad experience as the chicken was too dry and chilli sauce was filled with oil. Passed the feedback to the store via app and they responded straight away promising for replacement. I did pick up the replacement chicken today and they did restore the quality of Oporto flame grilled chicken which we thoroughly enjoyed. Really impressed with the response for the feedback. Great service !!

The staff were wonderful, friendly helpful and professional.
The menu caters to gluten free options as well. There's so much choice it's fantastic and the price is very reasonable and affordable
We will definitely be going back the Burger's we had were to die for they were so tasty. You can get extra layers of meat if you want that.
We were with a group and they took our orders and put the name's on the bag's. The staff were terrific and I can't say enough how good the food tasted.
Thank you we'll be back again.

Food was great and staff were polite and well presented.
Store was clean and tidy.
Parking is limited and this store does not have a drive thru.
Plenty of seating, both indoor and outdoor.
If you have a few extra minutes to park and walk into the store it is definitely worth it.

Seems 2 be plenty of them in Sydney & a few scattered around in Melbourne. Hands down much better than Macca's by a country mile . Fresh food , tastes gr8 . U cant purchase better fast food .

Great staff, cool ambience

Went here the other morning around 10am and got a Chicken and Egg Burger Meal. The egg was cooked perfectly. Just cooked enough so that the yolk was still yolky and oozing out of the burger. A lot of other Oportos stores seem to overcook the egg. The hashbrown was nice and fresh, and the orange juice was nice and cold. The 2 ladies that were running the shop were also very friendly. Definitely had a good experience here this time around.

I came in on sat 14th april 2018. Got served by a women named Karmal she was so lovely and accommodating and very welcoming. Also a women named Courtney too. The food was amazing and was even served really well. The food was so tasty and tasted so fresh! I will def be coming back to this Oporto! The staff should be congratulated to for their job efforts! Def impressed! Recommend 100%%%%

Went on Saturday night and got Wonderful service, and even better tasting food (during rush). My order was complicated but a young boy I believed was named 'Nicholas' got it perfect (even though he looked about 12)

Was happy with the staff and stoked to have another take away option (other than the typicals) in the area. Service was fast and food was fresh.

McDonald's kfc and others should learn from this company. instead of pumping chemicals in your food give people health food. its enough that most things in our life is killing us what we eat shouldnt be like that.

The staff that served me was an absolute gun and had my order taken down effortlessly in almost no time and the meal was excellent when promptly served.

Same as all other operto shops, I like its chicken the best in fastfoods but it is fastfoods yet!
