I went there on Monday afternoon. I have to say the staff at the counter immediately made me feel welcome. The girl at the counter was courteous, helpful, very understanding, competent transparent and polite. The guy too was nice. Keep it up. And a big Thanks!

Staff at Party Jay has a good customer service. I walked in at 4.55pm to get helium balloons for my friend's birthday party. Even though the station was closed the staff member helped us with our purchase.

Went in today looking for an elf hat, with Christmas 4 months away. Asked staff who were kind enough to go to their store and look into their boxes and grab me their stock. Will definitely be going again for Halloween and Christmas

We ordered 30th birthday balloons and they were beautiful and ready on time. Also a great shop which has lots of party items, will definitely be doing all my party shopping here in future. Lovely staff and great returns policy within 14 days if item is unopened which makes life easy for the customer.
