I have ordered my PC during the black Friday (4 Dec 2023) the website did show 20-25 business days when I ordered it.

My spec is not that fancy and hard to build but purchased with Enigma saving me hundreds of dollars compared to building this PC myself.

I have got my PC on 18 Jan 2024 (so it is around 20 business days) - I didn't get my PC before Christmas which (I hoped) but Enigma PC didn't breach their SLA. So, I can't complain about waiting period.

My review:

Enigma PC: Their communication is really good; I have got John most of the time - They communicated well and respond within 24 hrs.

Their built is also very good - it is pretty well packed (I did pick up) but still they packed it well, with good instruction. I feel that they can do better as PC didn't come with Windows in my case. It would be great to include instructions on how to edit Bios so it reads from M2

*** in addition, I got the free upgrade as part of the built***

Thank you so much for a great built, great service and great support.

I will definitely purchase from them again.

Smooth experience purchasing PC, and considering how busy they must have been with orders was shipped out relatively quickly. PC was well packaged, clean and in great condition - cable management is fantastic and beyond what I would have the patience of doing!

Did have an issue of Windows installation not being done. And did not receive an extra item that was meant to be sent. Spoke with Nick on the live chat and he helped me through getting Windows installed, checking the BIOS settings and installing other drivers - he was very calm, friendly and all over it.

I was a bit hesitant at first as I have always built my own PC's but overall I was very happy with my recent purchase. Kept me informed of the PC build when I emailed. Very well made (much better then what I could put together), good cable management, XMP enabled, safely packaged for shipping. So far no problems. Thanks

Happy with recent purchase.

Rang ahead to advise was coming to pick up and PC was right by the door.

Added a ssd myself and got a chance to open case to see their cabling. Overall pretty tidy install.

A nice touch was the one page quick guide included inside box.

Purchased a prebuild PC, good price and reached my door in 10 calendar days. Was packaged nicely. Small issue with a WiFi antenna being missed but support sent it out express post.

Small feedback would be:
FAQ on the website says all PCs come with windows installed but not activated unless stated otherwise. My deal was otherwise (I didn't read clearly enough) and I was not expecting having to install windows myself. Maybe change the FAQ to say some do and some dont?

The wifi, Bluetooth and Gpu weren't recognised until I installed the drivers. Maybe it would be good to include this on the installation guide as I wasn't sure whether the gpu was installed properly.

The RAM on the bios was set to 5600mhz, but the RAM itself was 6000mhz. I updated the BIOS to the recommended speed.

All in all, very happy with price paid and the product. Thanks guys :)

Ordered a great PC with a good discount, received working well and as per the timeframe advertised on the website. Had a small issue based on my misunderstanding of a few points, and they cleared it up and provided a free upgrade to boot.

We are loving our new PC from Enigma. Looks the part and does everything asked of it. Service has been amazing, quickly resolving my payment issue. Will go through them again when I upgrade in the future

Enigma PC are awesome! Quick to answer my questions and sort things out. And I absolutely love the gaming PC they hooked me up with. I'll definitely be getting any new Custom builds from Enigma in future.

Really good customer service and took 2 days only for picking up a computer after a payment.

Unfortunately I have had to update my original review. I originally purchased two high specification PC's from Enigma. The builds were great and assembled well. The customer support was quick and helpful. The pricing on components was very competitive.

Everything was great until I had an issue. I had to return the PC to them and they decided to replace the GPU. After just over a week, I picked up the PC, but had the exact same issue. I decided to troubleshoot myself and realised the PSU had burnted cables. They requested the PC back again, however I needed the machine and so purchased a replacement PSU locally. I returned the faulty PSU to them asking for a refund. They ignored me for weeks due to the 'Christmas shutdown. There was no auto response for the support email. I wasted a lot of time, effort and money to resolve an issue they missed. The replacement PSU was $159 and I had to pay $18 to post the faulty one. They offered $75 and only offered $95 after I pushed back. I appreciate they have tight margins, but I feel the lack of transparency and delays made a normal support process painful. They pushed the boundaries of the ACCC recommendations for reasonable timeframes, return costs and fixing a major issue.

Absolute horrible experience. I recently purchased a Gaming System with some good quality components for around $1450+ after delivery. Upon my arrival at the time, I was greeted with multiple issues which I found rather soon. Firstly the hard drive was missing, how can an entire component a HDD be missing from a gaming PC Build. As well as the fans were making a loud and irritating sound when I was playing games, video editing or even keeping my PC idle. The temperatures were also what I wasn't expecting, I've had a gaming PC before with similar specs and I know that the 30 series cards run hot, but the loud noise the fans were making was very annoying. As well as I paid $99 for the upgrade of x4 ARGB Deep cool fans, they claim to "test their gaming pc's and components" before shipping it out and dispatching but if they do what they claim to say, how come my PC is missing an entire component. In result, please don't buy from here. The cable management was very mediocre, the temperatures were not what I expected. 60-65 Celsius on idle, upwards of 83-95 during gaming. I would strongly advise you to go take your business elsewhere like Radium PC's or Techfast. I've ordered from them in the past and thought I'd give enigma's a try and see how good their deals and pc's are. Well, please don't make the mistakes which I did. I didn't get a refund as well for the hard drive :)

I purchased a PC during their Black Friday sale with a promised delivery window of 7-10 working days. After reaching out post the stated period, they extended the delivery timeline to 15-20 days without proper communication. Despite this delay, I hoped for it to arrive before Christmas, only to discover, three days prior, an auto-reply stating they’re on holiday until mid-January 2024. This lack of communication and failure to meet their commitments is a major warning sign. I strongly advise staying away from this company.

Ordered a PC in their Black Friday Sale.

Disappointed.

They cancelled the order saying they didn't have the motherboard and cpu in stock. I asked if they could replace them for other equivalent or even lesser parts they had in stock. They redirected me to their website to redo the ordering process. It now cost $500 more. What a scam. If a business can't provide what they advertise as in stock on their website and/or can't come to an equitable solution for their mistakes after the fact then they don't deserve to be in business. I am passing this along to the ACCC.

I spent over 4 hours looking at reviews for the parts offered in the system customising for what would be the best solution for me. I can't get that time back.

To have a company have so little care for their customers in cancelling an order after so much time spent is infuriating.

I purchased a prebuilt system at a reasonable price, only to be met with an incessant jet-engine-like noise caused by the fans running at high RPM even during idle periods. Despite my efforts, I couldn't tweak the fan curve through BIOS or third-party applications due to the limitations of the cheap fans included with the build. Upon realizing this issue, I reached out to them through emails and calls multiple times (though their phone line was sporadically responsive, managing to get through once regarding a prior query).

To mitigate the noise problem, I took matters into my own hands and acquired my own PWN Arctic P12 fans, a more cost-effective solution compared to their offerings. I then requested a refund for the inadequate generic Deepcool fans they provided, which were practically unusable. The fan noise was so intrusive that it could even be heard while wearing headphones in idle conditions. I even extended the gesture of returning the original fans for some form of reimbursement or refund. My expectations for a prebuilt system were for it to function seamlessly, as I would not have chosen this route had I anticipated such complications. Unfortunately, I ended up investing hours in troubleshooting and fixing issues, the very situation I sought to avoid by purchasing a prebuilt system.

Their response for denying a refund baffled me:

They contended that I had purchased replacement fans before seeking their assistance, rendering me ineligible for a refund. Their proposed "solution" was for me to purchase replacement fans from them at "cost price." But should I really be expected to wait another 10 days for fans when the prebuilt system, purportedly subjected to rigorous diagnostics and testing, sounded exponentially louder than my six-year-old setup? It begs the question of why I paid extra for a product that failed to meet even the most basic operational standards.

In my original order, I had opted for the least expensive fan option, downgrading from RGB fans. This choice was motivated by their claim that RGB colors weren't controllable. However, I never anticipated that this downgrade would result in the system sounding like an aircraft at idle. The disparity between my expectations and the reality was disappointing, to say the least.

I invite you to view the accompanying video, captured soon after the system's boot-up, with no programs running. Their promises, touted on their website, crumbled under scrutiny:

Great components at great prices: This was far from the truth.

Outstanding customer support evident in our positive reviews: My experience contradicted this claim.

Cutting-edge facility equipped with industry-leading quality control processes: It's hard to believe this given the glaring issues.

Rigorous stress tests conducted on each component: The excessive fan noise itself casts doubt on the efficacy of their testing.

Dispatch times are openly communicated for complete transparency: My order experienced delays without any communication until I initiated an inquiry into its progress.

Their performance fell short, leaving me unable to recommend their services any longer. Their claims remained empty rhetoric, void of corresponding actions.

Mate purchased a PC during Black Friday sale when it stated a 7-10 day delivery window. When the PC didnt come, he emailed them and they told me it was gonna come in 20-25 days. This is false advertising and severely disappointing.

I purchased a PC during the Black Friday sale in Nov, but have not received it till now, despite numerous attempts to contact Enigma. The company is now closed for holiday without advising what happened with my order. Completely unacceptable!!!

Made an order on 23rd Feb and waited for 11 days before calling up as there wasn't any updates at all, only to be told over the phone that they had cancelled the order as it was oversold on the day of. Did not receive any email notification (nothing through spam or junk) or any evidence of a pending refund. Tracked the order online daily through their website, indicating that it was PENDING FULFILMENT, until they finally changed it to CANCELLED after I made the phone call (6th of March). Made absolutely no attempts at mediation at all, other than the fact that there were “graciously” going to give me a full refund for a product that was not delivered. BUYERS BEWARE, this is the type of customer service you’re going to get for something you’re going to sink thousands of dollars into.
