Living here now and it is an absolute treat. So close to the beach and a little oasis with a heated pool and bbq area! Love my neighbors and love our building manager, Therese. Can't complain for the price and proximity to restos, shops, and of course that gorgeous beach!

I have stayed here a few times now. .I absolutely love the location. ..so close to everything. .and only a 3 min walk to the beach. The apartment is clean and comfortable. And therese is a fantastic lady to deal with. .will be back up there ASAP. ..

We have stayed there 4 times over the past 4 years , great accom, awesome n spa close to all amenities that any would need staff fantastic...so close to shops and beach, tram close by, buses about a 100metres up the rd, Great staff any problems fixed asap.

I don't usually stay at Raffles when I am up on the Gold Coast, but during the 2014 Gold Coast 600 V8 races my normal hotel was fully booked. What I can say though is that Raffles Royale was a great replacement. Price was awesome. Facilities were fantastic, you have all the comforts of home. Staff are friendly and all too willing to help with your questions. Only used the outdoor facilities once, the pool was pretty good. Spa jets needed a bit more power, they possibly may have been blocked. Wasn't a big issue. I highly recommend staying here. Great Value for the Price. :)

Worst place to stay no recipton 24/7 to help no toliet paper ever no aircondationer recipton very rude for no reason TV doesn't work early check out or call police want be staying here again

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! NEVER EVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!! RECEPTION IS ONLY FOR THE NAME BUT NO ONE IS EVER THERE TO ANSWER ANY QUERIES! EXTREMELY RUDE PEOPLE FULL OF ATTITUDE!! AND GUESS WHAT.... THEY CHARGED US AGAIN AFTER 6 MONTHS AND WHEN WE TRY TO CONTACT THEM... THEY JUST DONT ANSWER. WORST PLACE EVER STAYED. PEOPLE DONT GO HERE... AND IF YOU GO THEN PLEASE CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS EVERY TIME FOR THE REST OF UR LIFE AS THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNTRUSTFUL.
