Every time I call Keogh's, I get great service. Responsive, find whatever it is I'm looking for and get it off to me quickly. As usual, most marine related purchases are "urgent", and they can never do enough for me. They have a very wide range of goods available to them, and can get hold of most everything I need, when I need it. Thanks Ron for your help with this most recent purchase, I appreciate it! Highly recommend Keoghs, it's a BIG YES from me.

Fantastic service. It is easier and quicker for me to deal directly with Keogh Marine than it is for me to try find anything in Perth WA.

I have bought multiple boat accessories from Keoghs and they're always the lowest price, friendly and helpful to deal with over the phone. They do good deals on freight and send items out promptly. Just received my anchor winch, anchor and other bits and pieces and everything was packaged extremely well and freight was only $25 to gladstone for 5 bulky boxes.. couldn't be happier, thanks!

Well I've got to say I'm impressed with the outstanding help you gave me to purchase just a $400 steering system. Friendly advice and great communications via phone and email. I felt the service was more like a $4,000 purchase! Reading into some not so good reviews I can only say that the expectations of some are a little too high. All stars deserved from me tho!

I was referred to Mick at Keogh’s by an OEM (Muirs Winches) who didn’t stock the part I needed. Not only did Mick have the part but he also provided me with a great discount. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Rang to buy a lewmar hatch which is in stock. I am picking it up at their warehouse in Brisbane, so no delivery cost to them. But nevertheless was charged an additional $25 for 'freight, non stocked item, pick up at Warehouse's. When I queried why the extra cost, I received a non sensical answer and was eventually told it was a processing fee. Looks to me like they are taking the opportunity to extract as much $ from their customers as possible, so BEWARE!

I think Ron needs to go on a course on how to talk on the telephone. His phone manner is terrible. His rude and very short. My wife speaks to him on the phone on a couple of times appeared disinterested. We buy a sizzler bbq. We open the box and there is a small dent in the lid and a screw is missing. I have the pleasure of speaking to Ron on the phone he ask me to send photo’s of the dent. He gives me the email address straight away and I repeat to him as I didn’t have a pen on me and again was short with me as he had to repeat it. He also stated there wasn’t much he could do for us. I question that. No reply from the email I ring and again I had to speak to Ron who hadn’t looked at the email and said I needed to send it to a different email address that he gave me the day before. Unfortunately for Ron he had to get up to change computers to look at the email. My wife had to drive back to Labrador with the lid to change it over when another employee implied that we damaged the lid, she stated that I noticed the dent when I open the box and he replied that they’re all checked prior to being sent out. They gave us a new lid and another screw. I won’t be buying anything further from Keoghs.
