With this being our first investment build we were a little sceptical if this was going to be as easy as they said it would be. EPGA have been a great organisation to work with. We really felt it was a partnership from the very start, and like all good partnerships Glen, Chantelle and team did not let us fend for ourselves in any way. Having been my first time purchasing an investment property, I was quite nervous about the whole process. However, EPGA made it a breeze! All the stages, from start to finish, were seamless and ran mostly in the background, thus eliminating the stress of it all.
The staff I dealt with were very professional, friendly and helpful throughout. No questions I had were left unanswered. They communicated well and in a very timely manner throughout. These guys, EPGA and EFGA, are great from start to end. They assess your position and provide you with sound financial advice (lead by Glenn @EFGA) on what is possible for you. You are encouraged to seek independent advice and in my case that advice agreed with the EFGA financial team. Once you sign EFGA will manage loan applications, legal affairs etc and keep you fully informed throughout each stage of the application.
Once the build is underway the EPGA customer service team (Emma and Chantelle in my case) are outstanding and kept me informed throughout the build process. They will take control of your build and deal with any issues on the construction side until satisfactory results are provided. Let’s face it, building a house/unit is not always going to be smooth sailing but the ladies will take on anything and resolve it. They will leave you satisfied and relaxed that they are in control.
Totally recommend and would use again without hesitation.

You may notice I had posted the below review over a year ago. In the time between then and now I have just had my 2nd property reach the handover stage. I cant stress enough just how much of the work and worry that the team at EPGA take out of this process, having heard many bad storeys from other people who have done things themselves, I have sat back without loosing any energy on worrying from start to finish.
