Very comfortable experience. I like the spa by the pool, the apartment was really close to the city and amenities. Friendly staff, the only problem was a miscommunication, the reception does not open every day sometimes it can be annoying if you need help with anything.

We adored our stay here ! Everyone living here was very friendly , we are a young family and it was so close to surfers paradise! Close enough for a toddler to manage the walk. 10 minutes maximum. Our room was fully furnished and amenities replaced once during the week. The pool is always warm and deep so perfect for adults and our son absolutely had a blast here. We have swum everyday of our 11 day stay. Also the carpark was super handy & the street nice & quiet. Didnt feel like we were in a large busy city. Oh and the free wifi a huge bonus

Very comfortable experience. I like the spa by the pool. The staff at the reception is really friendly. It’s convenient that every room gets their own parking pot underground.

Great location, very pleasant apartment with all amenities, friendly and helpful staff, undercover parking, clean inside and out, well maintained pool area....look forward to our next stay.

Very nice quiet place to relax

Our room was fantastic, fully set up, spacious and comfortable. The staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful and gave us discounts for various places.
There was a vending machine beside the staircase near our room which came in handy.
The pool spa were thoroughly enjoyable especially in the evenings after long days full of adventures.
Short walk to the main streets of surfers paradise and local stores. The staff were super fantastic enough to care for our luggage while we explored before our flights back home.

The reception will book any tours, reservations, theme park tickets, you may desire. They offer a well appointed brochure wall for all you holiday needs.
Being only a stones throw away from Chevron Islands main street with dining (breakfast to dinner) from 5 star culinary experiences to 5 star fish and chips, which you may take back or sit by the Nerang River and eat.
All in all a well rounded comfortable destination for your next break or business requirements.

Nice place. Was good walking distance to Cavil Avenue across the bridge to Surfers Paradise. Quite away from traffic. Pool and spa relaxing. Free Wi-Fi

Great place to stay for families. Easy access to everything

Stayed here for a week and I must say the Pool and spa was great!, sometimes the receptionist isn’t available when you need something & the room we booked into just needed to be cleaned properly!!! there were pieces of long hair laying around from the last guests in the bedroom and also found some lollie wraps under the couch! Kinda felt like we were being ripped off.
