When staying in Emerald Tourist Park off power we noticed our batteries going flat after 1 hour watching TV, went around to see Michael who went out of his way to get us 2 new batteries , came around yesterday afternoon and fitted them at the park. After a battery fail in our caravan and a long way from home, we rang Emerald Batteries from 200 kms out and Michael patiently awaited our arrival and installed a new battery for us.

A big thank you to Michael at Emerald Batteries, this definitely the place to go for quality battery and service. The owner gave me heaps of advice to help make the right choice for my vehicle and needs, he also helped me change the battery even though it was closing time and I was able to leave the old battery there saving me a trip to the dump. I brought a battery from him a little over 2 years ago and It not failed me nor has his help and advice.

Today Thursday 11th May 2023 during our caravan trip, we discovered a battery in our van required urgent replacement as it keeps our refrigerator cold while travelling. We googled a battery supplier & found Emerald Batteries. Owner/Operator Michael confirmed we needed a new battery & had one in stock fortunately & changed over with no hassle & costs were very reasonable. We were so pleased with his exceptional service & highly recommend this company…..

Michael was very helpful and knows his craft. I had to replace two AGM batteries in my caravan and also my second battery in my 4wd which was not a problem for him. I have no problem in recommending him if your have a battery problem.

We are travelling and had major battery issues,phoned Emerald Batteries as we were approaching Emerald ,spoke to owner Michael who seen us straight away,offered our old dog aircon and water as it was hot,offered us coffee,was a very genuine,honest,kind and helpful man,thankyou Michael

Our van battery was confirmed to have a collapsed cell, and was replaced straight away. Then back on the road. It doesn't get any more efficient than that! Thanks
