Sandcastles On The Broadwater

We are a family of five and recently stayed at Sandcastles - it was great! The pool was amazing and my children spent a lot of time in it. It is the perfect location if you don't want to stay in the heart of Surfers and close to all the attractions. Yes the room was a bit older but it was clean and comfortable and we will definitely be back :)

It is a building consisting of 50 privately owned , pretty luxury apartments. Some have the owners living there permanently, others are rented out permanently. But there are still a lot of units, available for holiday rentals. I must say, the care takers are doing a great job. There is a huge swimming pool, which is always kept in pristine condition. The Broadwater is just across the street. Especially during school holidays, the place is full of kids, all ages having lots of fun in the pool. I can recommend it highly. I myself have permanently been living here for 4 years now. And the Internet is blindingly fast,!

A nice place to call home in Labrador, a well cared for Apartment complex, we were in a deluxe 2 bedroom apartment it was spacious, clean, beds super comfortable, the kitchen has all cooking equipment, tberes bbqs near the beautiful salt water pool, this was well used by the family as temperatures were high while we were here.
The staff are friendly & helpful, I highly recommend these apartments and will definitely be back!

Great location, friendly staff, pool was great, rooftop spa was nice, rooms were great.
Negative point was not having a lift, but was well advertised as not having one.

Visited my mum and step dad who were staying for christmas. Lovely room! Modern and comfortable. We will look into staying there on next trip. Mum said price was super reasonable for 5 days at Christmas time.

A last minute decision to spend the night in the Gold Coast ended up being a pleasant surprise. The place ticked all the boxes. Clean, comfortable, and peaceful. A restful night, morning run along the beach, finished with cooking up a great breakfast with the well kitted kitchen. No more to ask. 5 stars.

Favourite holiday place. Stayed here 3 times over the years. Very relaxed everything is well set out and well organised. If you've rented a car you get a car park included in the price of your apartment. It's about half way in between the city and the theme parks and harbour town in only 5 minutes away.

We have stayed several times now. Sandcastles has a fantastic pool and grounds. Very well maintained. It’s in a great location in Labrador, we love how close it is to parks and shops, particularly harbour town. The beach and lagoon across the road is calm and especially great for kids. Also a park there if you can get them away from the water.

There always seems to be a great breeze blowing through the apartments from the broad water. makes for staying in or relaxing on the balcony just as nice. We will be back.

Still here and loving it!! It has the right bells and whistles and after coming from a 5 star, it’s so nice to have comfort but space. If you want 5 star then pay for it, but this place is so relaxing and such value for money while still being awesome!

Terrific location, our 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for group of 3 friends, spacious bedrooms, en suite, well equipped kitchen, living room and 2 balconies. Pool was warm and spa was warmer. We enjoyed the BBQ area for dinners & The Grand Hotel over the road was a great spot to watch sport and have a meal. Lovely spot to do walks along the Broadwater and close to hockey center and Harbour Town shopping close by. Thanks Sandcastles on the Broadwater.. 10/10

I have stayed at Sandcastles 3 times and have enjoyed each stay. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, and extremely good value for money. The resort is very well located, across the road from the Broadwater, and close to a whole heap of restaurants, cafes, and the Grand Hotel. It can be quite noisy in the units close to the road, espcially on ground level, but its not a deal breaker. Staff were always very friendly, helpful and courteous. Keep up the good work.

Locally place to stay and the ladies at reception are so friendly and helpful.
On our first night we noticed the beds were really hard so we didn't get much sleep.
We let the girls know in the morning.
They kindly went and bought mattress Toppers for us all .
Great quiet place

My daughter, best friend and I stayed here from 20th of March until Easter Sunday. We absolutely loved our stay here, and will definitely most definitely be back to stay again soon. Trish, Brendan, and Megan, all made our stay relaxed, and didn't hesitate to make some great suggestions for fun things to do, and also booked and arranged a lot of amazing activities to choose from, which made our stay even more fun than expected!! Our beautiful apartment was AMAZING! It exceeded our expectations, and we all felt very relaxed, with amazing views from our balconies! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place, and as I said, we will definitely be back!! Love from those painful Taswegians 😉😉😘

Absolutely lovely place to stay. We have stayed there twice and will stay there again. We took the option of the larger 3 bedroom unit for our family trip and didn't regret it one bit. The unit is furnished and fitted out well with all the amenities that a family will need for a short or long stay. Location is perfect with stunning water views and parks across the road. Shops around the corner and within 15mins to all the theme parks. The ladies at reception are beautiful and very freindly and can answer any questions you will need and can organise tickets for parks for you too. The pool area and bbq setup is great. The spa is heated and was nice after a long day at the parks. Great place, great times to be had.

Our apartment has been a welcoming home for our family this week. Our room was well maintained and the gardens are magnificent.

I haven't stayed here but work next door. Staff are always maintaining the grounds and building. There obviously popular as there guest turnaround volume is emense.

Sandcastles is amazing! Beautiful apartments, facilities and staff. It is a little slice of paradise hidden away amongst the concrete jungle. I would highly recommend this place. This will be our go to place when we visit the Goldcoast.
