I have been with this wonderful, friendly salon for well over a year. Today was my first appointment with Annaliese and cannot praise her enough. So lovely and friendly but most importantly she did an amazing job on both my colour and my cut. Very Happy

I had my hair done last week and walked away not 100% happy with the result. Brooke went above and beyond to have me come back and make sure I was totally in love with my hair. Elissa is a miracle worker! I had the most amazing experience and was made to feel special and welcomed even though I was so nervous about returning. Everyone at the salon is amazing and all so sweet and friendly. I feel like it's not just a hair appointment, it's a whole experience. I will most definitely be a regular client and will recommend to anyone. Thank you so much for making me feel so comfortable and ensuring I'm happy with my hair. It turned out absolutely beautiful 🥰

I can’t recommend Paper Rokk highly enough! I needed hair extensions on short notice, and Sharna was incredible—she squeezed me in last minute and managed everything seamlessly. She perfectly matched the color of the weft extensions to my hair, and the results are stunning! Rachel also did a fantastic job assisting with the application. Sharna’s exceptional customer service truly made the experience unforgettable. If you’re looking for top-notch service and gorgeous hair, this is definitely the place to go!

I am so happy with my hair & so happy I’ve found Jackson! He really listened to what I asked for & set realistic expectations, with a clear quote & explaining the specifics of how my previously coloured & natural regrowth colours could affect the balayage tones I was asking for. I’m loving my highlights & he’s done a great job of my cut, which is always a pleasant surprise for my curly hair! I felt like a queen for days after haha & am just as happy after washing it & letting my natural curl do its thing. Also so happy to have found all of this at a salon that does ‘clean colour’ - the evo dye did not sting my scalp like other salons (Curly Girls take note!) Beautiful friendly calming vibes from the others working at PS too. I’ll be back xx

I followed Jackson from a salon much closer to my home when he moved to Paper Rokk. As expected it was worth the drive. I love my colour and style. Jackson is very talented with colour and style and I would not go anywhere else. Paper Rokk is a lovely salon with a coastal feel. A bonus are the chairs in the hair wash area as they are “recliners” which tops off the amazing relaxing experience. Thanks Jackson and Paper Rokk.

From the minute I walked in I was treated well by friendly staff. Jackson did a great job with my colour and cut. As for the head massage I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Great experience - thank you.

She had amazing suggestions as I didn’t know exactly what I needed done in order to achieve the look I wanted and made me feel 100% comfortable the entire journey!

Rachel is so fantastic! She cuts my hair with care rather than rushing through it. Im really picky of who does my hair coz of my scalp is so sensitive but You can put your trust in her with your head. All the ladies are so lovely and ambience is so cozy.

From the beginning I felt like I was in really good hands. When I explained my previous experiences from years ago at another salon, I felt understood and that Kate really went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. I trusted her well explained techniques and approaches to the style I wanted, with her keeping me informed of each step. My faith in going to a hair dresser has been restored, giving me the confidence again to maintain my hair. I will definitely return to Paper Rokk. Thank you to everyone for being so understanding and so supportive.

Bre was amazing today. I said to her "I just want to feel great, what do you think my hair needs from your experience". I walked away with the the perfect cut to frame my face and an unbelievable shine. I stick by what I said....the industry is lucky to have you in it lovely. All the team are amazing!! It's honestly the best salon I have been to on the coast. Highly recommend you book a time with any of the team.

I had a wonderful time with Sharna today. She took her time and didn’t rush me along which I really appreciated. She has incredible skills and cut my hair dry - which over the years of having long hair I have found to be a really effective way of making sure too much volume isn’t lost. I really appreciated her thoughtful advice and she was never pushy. I’m looking forward to seeing her again for my colour as a new local to the area Im happy to have found my new salon!

New client here! First impression was really well made, Sharna took great care of me and loaded me up with snacks and kept me updated the entire process. I’ve definitely found my new regular salon. Jackson took over at the end and gave me a big beautiful bouncy blowout and I already miss them both, lol!! 🤪🤪 ps my hair looks great too so that’s obviously important hahaha xx
