Sky Broadwater

I was so impressed with Sky Broadwater. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and not only was it spacious and beautifully designed with amazing furniture and comfortable beds, but the facilities and location are also fantastic. It was also impeccably clean. Sitting on the huge deck overlooking the water was tranquility at its best. Whilst I didn’t get the chance to check out the sky deck, if the entertainment area, gym the gorgeous infinity pool is anything to go by I can’t wait for our next visit. With full kitchen and laundry a great place for families. The permanent residents were so welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.

One of the best apartment complex on the Gold Coast, by far. The quality of staff and the management team are above all standards for the Gold Coast. Long term rental resident for 1.5+ years been on the the Gold Coast for over 26+ years. Keep up the good work Sky Broadwater Apartments.

We checked in on the 3rd of December and our first time there too and it's by far the best one we've been too. So much space in the rooms which was a BONUS clean and view is beautiful at night. Close to Cafe and broadwater parkland beach and the kids rock pool. Australia fair shopping centre only 5min drive. Everything in this hotel is 10/10 and I strongly recommend.

Wendy from the office was so nice to us. She helped us with everything we needed and she was always smiling its what we like to see at receptionist.

We can't wait to go back.

We recently stayed here and it was the best holiday apartment experience we have had in a long time. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Location is very central too.

We booked a 2 Bed 2 Bath unit and got 3504. The apartment was clean and tidy, with all basic amenities stocked up. The apartments was big for a 2bedroom, master had a huge walk-in robe and a seperate room for sofa bed. The balcony was a long L shaped with amazing views of the water, surfers paradise skyline and mountains. Very windy due to the high level.

2 drawbacks - no tissue boxes at all and the room curtains have gaps which makes the room very bright with sunlight, starting 5am. Anyone who wants to sleep in, cannot or needs to wear an eye mask.

Overall we were very happy and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful rooms, a simply stunning view, incredibly accommodating and flexible staff, and really reasonable rates.

I cannot criticize anything about our stay here. Special credit to Wendy, who helped us arrange a room with city views on NYE when we found out our flight home had been cancelled.

Perfect for couples looking for a stress-free, comfortable, and reasonably priced getaway in the Gold Coast.

Amazing breathe taking view we were on the 33rd floor, the rooms were spacious and very well equipped and designed, very conveniently located to restaurants and shopping and the under cover secured parking was very safe and convenient.

Absolutely stunning apartment. The views were amazing, comfy beds, breathtaking views from the pool and a great playground for the kids. The ladies at the front desk were lovely too. Definitely booking in again.

Awesome place to stay, brand new everything, great outdoor infinity pool, playground and bbq area overlooking Broadwater. Apartments are spacious and well appointed with amazing views from every room. We stayed in a 1 bed and 2 bed apartment as our kids joined us. We will be back.

I have stayed at Sky Broadwater a number of times now, it’s my regular get away spot to stay when I need well earned time out. The quality of the service by all staff compared to other places I have stayed is second to none.

Cleaning of the rooms is absolutely exceptional and maintenance is at your door in under 5 minutes when needed, Damo your service was great.

Reception administration Kelli Godfrey & Wendy Wells always there to greet you with a smile and make your stay a comfortable one.

But the saddest news of all, just this last weekend I was told it would be my last visit, because they are converting all short term rooms to permanent rentals. I am truly going to miss staying here. Thank you Sky Broadwater staff for everything I for one am going to miss staying.

Exceeded out expectations.. My wife and I booked for two nights in a standard one bedroom apartment. Excellent value for money, modern and clean room with everything you need for a long or short stay. Fantastic balcony views! We will be back and would happily recommend to family and friends.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The staff were happy and efficient nothing was a problem for them. The rooms were excellent and very clean. We had a lovely view over Southport. Easy parking. Close to all amenities, shops, restaurants, parks, beach.

Absolutly an amazing property - clean, spacious and beautiful. We were lucky to receive an upgrade to the 34th floor with 3bedrooms, study and 3.5 bathrooms. Fantastic layout for guests, lovely facilities and that million dollar view. Would highly recommend the Sky Broadwater to anyone looking to stay at Southport.

Fantastic, spacious apartments. A planned 2 night stay turned into 3, then 4 nights, then didn't want to leave but we had to. The staff were super friendly and helpful and never without a smile. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Beautiful modern apartments. Absolutely stunning view. Great friendly service. Easy access to shops, beach, Sea World etc. I would highly recommend staying here for your next holiday, we will be back!

We recently had a 2 night stay and Wow!! Was on the 32nd floor( nice surprise ) unit was new and very modern . Gorgeous pool and common room . The gym has modern equipment . Great communication . Highly recommend .

I stayed at this place last weekend, it was sooooo goood!!!! The lady at reception (Machaela) waited for us coz we drove from Brisbane and only got to the Coast late at 2000hrs. She was so helpful, we got checked in no dramas and the room was very very good. Fridge, cooker, microwave and room in general were almost brand new. If you want to stay in a really good apartment on the Gold Coast stay at SKY, I highly recommend it.

We stayed on the 32nd floor and were absolutely gobsmacked with the amazing, 180 degree, panoramic views of the Gold Coast beaches to the south east and mountains to the south west, along with the Gold coast skyline, from not only our balcony but also from inside the unit, due to the full-length windows and sliding glass doors. We even managed to get in a glorious sunrise and sunset. The unit was very spacious, clean and self-contained. Night time also brought on a beauty of its own, with the Gold Coast lit up like fairyland. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Loved this place so much!! The apartment was fantastic with amazing views. My daughter and I had the best time staying here!! Everything was fresh and new. The staff were awesome in particular Wendy and the night guy ( can’t remember his name) the pool was great and the location was perfect. Washing machine and dryer in the apartment which was very convenient. Free security parking. Will definitely be back to this awesome place!!
