The lady was nice and quick to complete my partners return. Didn't tell us her fee until she'd finished and it was too late to back out though. And even than we were getting more online than through the agency. Disappointed to say the least

The worst tax company in history. They gave me misinformation then lodged my tax return without sharing the HUGE discrepancy, even after they ASSURED me I'd be receiving a certain amount back. I agreed to lodge on the basis of the information they gave me, so I paid and then they changed everything once I did. They'll happily overcharge, take your money and then not deliver on what they discuss with you beforehand. Seriously, don't ever use them. So many more honest accountants out there.

Absolutely disgusting service,
Stated there will be a return and in fact there was a huge bill,

Selected that my house mate is on a working visa (high tax) when they are in fact on a permanent Visa.

Be carful of these Tax agents.

Will never use this company again, last year my fee was around $90 to do my tax return
This year I was charged $260 to complete my tax return, yet the call centre said at most I should of been billed $170. I will just risk it doing it myself next year
