What ever you guys have done since reopening.... please don't stop! First time ordering in months and if you keep this up I will keep coming back, the chicken was huge and not oily, great serves of chips and fresh, the nuggets had flavour. Overall we are very happy

The best KFC ever, professional fried chicken🍗 . Always juicier than other KFC.
Believe it or not, you can compare with any KFC around this area.😁

Just got a zinger box and was told there was a wait on the zinger fillets, without hesitation the guy working the food window checked to see how long it would be, when it was a bit too long for me to wait he was completely apologetic and lovely, honestly the wait would not have been very long I was just in a rush but nonetheless he hands me my order with a smile and says they’ve put a little extra for the trouble. The entire time huge smile and friendly tone which made the entire experience great!

12/10 customer service and attitude to the guy who was working the food window in drive thru tonight 23rd august 8:30pm fantastic job

Always as fast as they can be, a busy night is ofcourse a bit slow, no fault of the store itself. Food is always good and order correct.

Service delivery was nice. I loved the swift response and the value for money. The spice on the chips was as moderate as I have always desired them. I strongly believe vendors should be asked about their preferences as regards spice.

No customer service , not willing to help with app issues, eg KFC app would not work at other stores they always still do the app deal when app won't work but not at this store

I have visited you. Your staff and food is great. I can remember walking around eating your chips and thinking yum, yum, yum. I wasn't having a great day, but you brightened it for me. Very yummy. Service was great. Rather than go through the drive thru, I went inside and wasn't even in there 5 minutes before I received my order. Cars were still lined up, that were lined up when I arrived. Haha - lazy buggers 😅🤣

When shopping in Morayfield it's our little treat...the food is always fresh,hot (as in tempetature)) and also perfectly seasoned. The staff is always pleasant and really switch on regardless how busy they are and it can get really busy with the drive through...a very well run outlet.🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗😉

Staff were amazing and did an app order for me, after another store had no hot and spicy. They were super helpful and nice even though it was almost close, and food was fresh still and good.

KFC is KFC. We all know what to expect right, but this KFC is probably my favourite. The chips are always good from here and they always let me have all leg pieces, no matter how many I ask for! We are always happy with our meals, because we can have all the pieces we like, everyone eats their meal without complaining. It's an awesome KFC.

This KFC is usually quite awesome! I asked the young lady at the drive-thru register for a fair bit of sweet chili sauce and she gave me handfuls! So much better than other places that give you one sauce packet for 6 people. I didnt catch the name, but youre a legend!

KFC renovations have made the place more modern. The last couple of times we were there the burgers we ordered were not so tasty and the chicken so dry that we had to take the chicken out, cut off the dry bits and put what was left back in the burger. Staff are friendly enough but we won't be going back.

We had an issue as soon as we walked in & the order was going to cost an arm & a leg.... Well the younge lady behind the counter seen we were having a troubles. When we explained what the order was she started looking at meal deals to see what could be done.. eventually we got the burger box, + bits which we werent ordering to begin with (but they come in the burger box) with a few pieces of chicken & the price didnt break the bank let alone no amputations were needed... The Customer Service was awesomely brilliant she went the extra mile & was polite..... Caboolture KFC is extremely lucky to have such a person on their team, an asset to their work environment.

This place gets seriously busy at peak times but the staff work really hard and they get you served as quickly as possible. They usually get the order right too which is better than most other KFC stores when it's busy

We rarely eat take away but KFC is our favourite. First time ordering from Caboolture KFC on Sunday evening and the little girl who served us was bright bubbly and offered excellent customer service. To top that off our meal was delicious.
