Peter has been absolutely amazing with helping us with the purchase of our first home. His inspection and report is very thorough, he has gone above and beyond to help us and ensure that we are 100% informed about the whole process, of what should or should not be done, whether things were compliant or not. I called Peter to ask him to come out as I thought I had a bee nest in my roof. He explained that they could just be passing through and to wait another day before I spent any money.
