Was my first time having work done on a turbocharger and Ben was able to keep me informed and explain what will be better for my particular needs and what would work best for my car. He was patient with my constant questions and kept me informed throughout the full process. More than happy with the experience and couldn't recommend these guys enough. I will surely be back in the future.

My car was burning smoke out the exhaust so I had two seperate so called turbo specialists inspect my turbo and they couldn't find any issues (one guy rebuilt it) and it was still burning oil, thanks to procharge and their VSR machine we found turbo to be faulty, they then replaced my core at a very affordable price with a fast turnaround time.
Will never buy a turbo anywhere else.

Procharge turbos have been the best performance turbocharger business I have ever dealt with. I have contacted numerous other turbo companies, most don't want to help tailor a product, rather sell an off the shelf turbo and offer no aftersales support. Procharge came out tops for phone manner, knowledge, customer service and even after sales having now purchased a stg2 zd30 turbo which thus far has been nothing short of brilliant. The only place I would ever go for anything Turbo related. I had an issue with sporadic smoke coming from my car, so I gave Procharge an email and Ben called me same day and discussed possible causes and options. He diagnosed the turbo and confirmed it had a leak, then built me one of his OE-647 Units. This turbo is night and day better than my previous name brand turbo, spools faster, pulls harder and has impressed me to no end. On top of the fantastic product, both Ben and Kirsty were phenomenal to deal with and took great care of me. Would give 6 stars if I could.

These guys are good!
I had my Mitsubishi turbocharger overhauled and balanced by Procharge after I discovered that some of the exhaust wheel vanes were damaged.
They did the repair and balanced the unit in a short time, even though they were very busy.
They were very reasonable and very helpful, Ben in particular providing me with valuable advice and a few tips along the way.
I took the vehicle back to them after I had refitted the turbo and, once again, Ben was more than willing to give me a few more ideas on tuning and power improvements.
I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys for any turbo repairs or service work.

Best turbo mechanic in Melbourne. Ben is great, honest guy and he does an excellent price every time. Got a TD04 13G and 16T rebuilt here. This is the place to rebuild/service a turbo!

Ben & Kirsty are true professionals. They took over the repair of a turbo after another mechanic almost blew up the engine. Ben's attention to detail and technical understanding of turbo charged engines is outstanding. Just take a look at his workshop, it's immaculate, could be a high end race team's. He doesn't just fix the symptom he finds the cause and makes sure it's sorted. Throughout a complicated repair he always provided photo's of the inner workings illustrating problems and what was need to make sure they were fixed properly. When the car arrived at ProCharge it didn't have enough power to make it into the workshop (thanks to the other mechanics mistakes) now, it's running like a dream! He fixed it once and fixed it properly. Thanks Ben and the OJ is on me any time we bump into each other.

Ben and Kirsty are very helpful and know their stuff. I got them to rebuild and highflow a set of OEM twins to stage 1 for my 135i BMW.

The set made approx 40kws more then the factory twin turbo setup!
