Without a doubt best service I've received in a long time.. came in to get baby seat installed without a appointment and it wasn't a issue, they got Pete to come out and do it straight away.. Joe was fantastic with my 4 year old keeping him occupied.. getting him to help out in the shop and even gave him a few presents for his efforts.. these guys know how to treat customers and it makes you want to go back..

Went in for some new headlight globes and the customer service show to us by Joe was absolutely amazing. Always a delight shopping here knowing that the expertise shown by the staff will help me find the best products for my situation.

Recently had a bullbar side steps snorkel and lift kit fitted
They had no issues ordering in any brand I wanted
All work was done very neat and I would definitely recommend

Brilliant service as per usual. Have been a returning customer for the last few years and have never had a problem, approachable and accomodating staff. Sometimes a little wait when they are busy however that’s well outweighed by the knowledgeable and professional staff.

Recently I went in to inquire about detailing products for my vehicle and staff that serviced me gave me some brilliant recommendations on products that genuinely worked.

Most recently I came in for some LED bulbs and wipers. Phil and another staff member were training a new member and were working really well supervising and helping your new staff member to fit my wiper blades. Credit to all three of them.

There’s absolutely a reason this team was rated Autobarn of the year.

Not a successful visit, but the young guy on the counter was brilliant.
Wanted to enquire about an installation of 3 gauges into the dash of my beloved Torana. He took all the details down and passed it on to the people in the back. Came back with the news they didn’t want to do the work. After a bit of a chat, my search continues.
But all in all, the enthusiasm and professionalism of the counter staff at Sunbury is top notch. Just wish the back room people were a little more flexible.

Today I experienced above and beyond customer service with Peter today. Was walking into the shop and had a pre booked a child seat fitting. Had my daughter in her baby carrier strapped to me . Along with my 4 yr old son . Peter came up too me asking which car was mine. With out hesitation he asked for my keys to move the car in to the fitting bay as had my daughter strapped to me. Then he proceeded to unbox the new seat and removed the old one etc. Once he was done we put my daughter in to make sure was fitting well. Then offered to bring the eftpos machine to the car to pay . Couldn't thank Peter enough seriously.

At Autobarn Sunbury, (Aladdin's Cave❤ ) getting a hi- tech reverse camera fitted to The Millinium Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo, Autobarn has 144 stores in Australia 🇦🇺, however been comming to their "SUNBURY" store for the last (7) months, they have a fantastic stock of auto goodies, also the staff is second to none, and a great fitting service 😀 👍 . Will I come back? Of course (5) stars!
P.S. bought my first block of land in Sunbury (1964)age(23) 700 Pounds (7) months wages! ❤

The customer service from Peter was just amazing, thank you for finally fixing the head unit.

The staff here are so helpful and fantastic. I went there a few weeks ago to get my rear break lights and headlights replaced. It was a tricky job as my lights were so filled with water it was “like a fish tank!”. But the staff persisted and worked together to get the job done and all with a smile and friendly attitude. And it was super cheap! Very impressed! Highly recommended. Thanks guys.
