Fabulous Medical Centre, Doctors, Nurses, Reception Staff are all Lovely and welcoming. Doctor's treat you like patient not a number and you don't feel rushed or not listened to. Like Doctor's use to be.
It's a credit to the staff that work here, it's a wonderful practice and we are very grateful for it.

Wonderful receptionists who are very caring and compassionate, my toddler wasn’t behaving very well and wouldn’t sit still whilst trying to see my dr and they offered to watch her and babysit so I could get my bloods taken in peace, very much appreciated and were so lovely with her, made it a lot easier as I was having a very hard time so thank you!

Visiting the area for a wedding.. our 10 week old was crying badly for 2 hours.. not normal for him. These lovely people took us in off of the street and saw him. Lovely service and people. Thanks so much. Cap it off.. no gap fee for the wee fella. Amazing

I have been seeing Doctors at Mill House Medical Centre for nearly 3 years. During that time I have also been receiving Specialist Medical treatment for what now appears to be a chronic issue. So, I have been at Mill House on a substantial number of visits.

My Experience is as follows: -

(1) Highly efficient Doctors supported by well qualified, efficient staff.
(2) Very motivated people who actually see patients as people, not an income stream.
(3) Excellent treatment from people who take the trouble to find out what is wrong & act on it.
(4) Support staff both nursing & reception all very cheerful & friendly. Very accommodating.
(5) A positive atmosphere where one feels welcome.
(6) Above all very professional in their operation.

I estimate I have had to visit this clinic well over 100 times in 3 years. Some of this was for daily dressings & some for medical consultation. My health has been managed extremely well during this time.

So I have a specific Doctor who treats me? Yes. However, I have been attended by all doctors in the practice. I would happily see any of them & regard them equally in that regard.

If you live near Mill House I highly recommend you deal with them. Your health will be in excellent hands.

I’ve been going to Millhouse Medical for a few years now after having a horrible experience with another local medical centre and coming close to dying due to lack of care. Dr Morrison, Dr Levy and the entire team at Millhouse are amazing. The care shown towards me as a person; the thoroughness of my doctor; and the ability to see my current health issues as a whole rather than just focussing on one issue only, has been life changing. Even though I have many health conditions, they are steadily improving and I believe it is thanks to the Millhouse team. I am so incredibly grateful to them, as I’ve had so many bad experiences with medical centres in the past. Even the way they’ve adapted during Covid has been amazing. Thank you to the entire team.

The care, professionalism and friendliness of the doctors and staff at the Mill could not be faulted. We have been attending another service, but the above factors, together with continuity and availability have convinced us that we will be returning to the Mill. Bulk billing is not a significant factor, although it is welcome for us low income pensioners, but quality of care and thoroughness of consultation are beyond mere cash.

Easy to make an appointment. Nice people. Good Dr's.
