Lots of items for men to choose. Heavily discounted price time to time. Members get extra discounts. Customer service is superb! 3 staff members helped me separately with patience even the store was extremely busy. 2 of them went inside to find my size item. TH quality is always great.

Went into store today to do a return, the staff were extremely helpful and understanding with the return even with the store being busy.

I didn’t get to experience much or any customer service at the outlet. But rating 4 for the quality goods at bargained price. It was the Boxing Day and outlet was too crowded. Most of the staff looked sour and keep folding clothes with long face and heard even complaining about some customers.

Store is always busy when i go to harbour town, they have plenty of sizes. A good variety of clothes, baby and kids clothes has a good selection.

Is it pricey, yes. Is it quality, yes. Is this shop for everyone, no. But you gotta give everything a go, I found some trackies for $30 absolute bargain for this brand!

Huge store with a big assortment of sports clothing to suit almost every one. Very busy.
Even though there were "SPECIALS" I still found the prices quite high.
You are really paying for the name

Very bad experience with the customer service. The tall guy with long curl hair and other guy were very busy talking with each other and I had to wait for them to pay for my shirt. He even didn’t fold my shirt,just put randomly in the bag. And guess what they were still talking with each other ( no greetings, 👎).
