Great company to deal with and awesome products

Love the t rex product but was sent fix all that they say is the same but it must have been old stock as it was so thick and hard to get out of the tube. The local rep said they would change it over but after 3 months of calls and emails it never happened. Get th trex not the fix all and be careful of old stock that might have gone off. It was a carton of 12 tubes.
They do have some great products.

Next day after writing the review.

Soudal contacted us and said it is all good and that is not the whole story.. We have made a mistake and none of the product we recieved was faulty in any way. So it is our fault and we have changed our review rating to show we are in the wrong as the customer. and the reason it took so long was that our account had been closed and we did not know.
Soudal is a world wide company with great products and we just had a misunderstanding with one product and a coomunication break down.

Week later they said they would leave a bad review on my bosses company even that I did update my review as they asked now my boss is really not happy and they have never used his service as the are in the eastern states and we only do work in the West. Bit of a dog act. But I will not give them a bad review over bad service.

My contractor used Soudal Silicone in my house couple of months ago, I needed another tube to use on a cabinet to match the colour used by the contractor but I was not allowed to buy one tube direct form Soudal.
