Hola Nanu is an amazing local business! I am a repeat customer as Nanu stocks great items and goes above and beyond to ensure the service is fantastic. Quick response to messages, fast shipping/packing for collection. Nanu often adds a little something extra to our parcels and has surprised us by dropping parcels by our house when I can’t collect for a few days. She has even ordered in something on request for us! Love to be able to buy local and support small, especially when the business is this lovely!

Nanu goes above and beyond, she is very customer oriented, and replies to messages very quick. I have purchase items from her a few times now, and will be doing many more. Prices are fair and transparent and fast shipping.

There was a time when I chose pick up order and she surprised me dropping the item herself at my door. Another time she she sent me a small order free of charge. She even sometimes places cute notes/ stickers for kids inside orders!

Honestly i am soo happy i went with this company, i ordered a bag and some temporary tattoos on Wednesday and got it on Sunday with no express shipping or anything and it’s Christmas time too! they sent out the order straight away, the bag was secured safely and it was just a lovely service to have! i highly recommend hola nanu, they also hand wrote my ‘thank you’ card which i think is very dedicated and kind!!! i also received a cute free gift for spending over $50 which i will gladly give to my partners little sister for Christmas! thank you Nanu and Merry Christmas

We purchased a fantastic marbling kit from Hola Nanu that has given us hours of school holiday crafting fun. The colours are super vibrant and the kit is easy to use with lots of colours and dye included in the set. We look forward to all the creations we will be able to make with all of this beautiful marbled paper

Hola Nanu has amazing sales and incredible customer service. A purchase for my daughter's birthday last year of a box of mixed arts and crafts resources is still being used by my craft loving kid, with no sign of the markers or paints running out soon. Such good value, and a lovely variety of items.

I included ducky street tattoos in the lolly bags last year and they were such a hit - loads of great items from this store can help fill out lolly bags without stuffing them with plastic tat and sugar!

Nanu is amazing. Her service is always above and beyond. Nothing is too hard, she’s always willing to get in new stock, arrange pre orders and organise deliveries or pick ups, as well as ensuring they arrive on time. She has a huge, incredible range of products that are all excellent quality. We love our Hola Nanu orders!

Nanu is such a friendly and helpful business owner who works hard to help her customers out! As a result Hola Nanu has become my first port of call for all toys, craft and preschool supplies. I would rather spend a little more and support a small business and their family then getting an inferior product for a cheaper price from multi-conglomerates. Great deals and discounts regularly pop up too!
