Great place to buy your dog food online, I couldn't find a 20kg bag of Meals for Mutts Salmon & Sardine dog food cheaper elsewhere! Delivery was super fast as well, ordered on Friday 15, delivered Monday 18 to Brisbane 😃

I bought two dog kennels and had them shipped to Brisbane area. There were multiple options for postage, one free option and all others were reasonably priced. Very happy with the product, price and the free postage, which only took a week.

Ordered online yesterday a specific dog treat my blue cattle dog loves, using Woonona Petfood for the first time and amazingly found the delivery that afternoon on the same day. Wonderful service!

After lots of Google searching, I finally found two (almost matching) Kazoo dog jumpers to fit my Lab & Schnoodle on the Woonona Pet Foods (NSW) website. I ordered them (in SA) on Wed 14 June & to much delight of the dogs, they arrived on Tues 20 June. What excellent customer service. Thank you

I needed an urgent replacement for the pond pump/filter for my outdoor fish pond. Woonoona petfood & produce were almost $50 cheaper than one of the big pet supply chains! Delivery costs were very reasonable and I received the pump quickly. Happy fish and a happy customer.

Great medium sized pet store with a decent range of products for its size. Pricing is very competitive and I definitely feel you won't get ripped off. Plenty of parking just outside. The staff member who assisted my friend and I was very informative and knowledgeable about our concerns. So casual and friendly I almost felt like asking him to come out for a beer with us 😂😂 Definitely plan on returning for when we need more pet supplies 👍☺

Excellent customer service this was my first purchase. They were very helpful and patient. Helped me with interstate shipping which came very quickly within 2 days of ordering. Packed very well and secure. All round very satisfied great communication and quick responses. I highly recommend.

Popped in today after I didn’t get an update about my click and collect order. Staff were friendly and helpful! While I waited by the counter two other staff members asked if I was all good which I appreciated :). I’m usually a pet barn girly since it’s a bit closer, but I think I’ll come back to this shop since I had such a lovely experience.

Easy online ordering, free local delivery which is fantastic as you don’t need to carry heavy items to your car and put them away when you get home ,frozen dog food arrived frozen plus the 20kg of birdseed I didn’t need to carry highly recommend

I went in for the first time today and I will continue to come back every time I need anything involving my pets! I was helped by an amazing staff member (I didn't catch there name, but I definitely will next time) and they helped me find the perfect food for my older English staffy, as well as my younger pug cross. They love it! Great service and quality. 10/10 recommend
