Broadbeach Holiday Apartments

Was here with friends back in October and we stayed here at this hotel. The pool outside was a cold pool, it was great seeing the view from it, but the highlight was the heated pool and spa nearby. The spa was nice a hot, and the heated pool was nice to chill in. There was also a gym, it had loads of equipment but I did not have time to use it.

Great place to stay, very convenient for my needs. Big and clean unit with everything i needed.
They allowed for my out of office hours check in and late carpark checkout. I boked directly and saved over the online booking sites.

Loved our stay at BBHA, Very clean and tidy , excellent location , very Helpful staff , very easy building to navigate , comfortable accomodation. We stayed 2 weeks .
One small footnote ,after week one , we were handed our bedsheets for changing we had to make our own beds, ,no big deal , but I would have thought that it was housekeeping job to do the beds . Anyway, thanks for an enjoyable 2 weeks .

I would definitely use again. Very close to the conference centre for the GP18 conference.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. I had quite good views from the apartment. Everything was is working orders. 24/7 Key card entry = added sense of security. It had pool and spa facilities.

It was within walking distance to the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and most of the best restaurants in Broadbeach.

It was definitely good accommodation choice.

I will come back next time there is a conference in town... Or if I'm in the mood for a Gold Coast Holiday!

I have been dealing with Broadbeach Holiday Apartments for over 10 years and we have stayed in various apartments apartments at least once a year. My mother is a long term resident of the building and we all know it well.
Everyone at Broadbeach Holiday Apartments, the staff and owners are so welcoming and helpful and cannot do enough to help.
I have seen with disgust a post put on here by GAYLE JORDAN. This person is speaking as a resident in the building and not a customer of Broadbeach Holiday Apartments. GOOGLE REVIEWS ARE INTENDED AS A WAY OF ASSESSING BUSINESSES THAT YOU HAVE USED AND NOT TO ABUSE PEOPLE YOU DONT LIKE!

From the minute we went to the front desk and greeted by two AWESOME ladies, everything was Perfect. I am sorry I forget their names but they just went beyond with us, due to my gorgeous son who had them wrapped around his little finger. Definitely going back and staying there every single time. THANK YOU. It was a short but awesome stay.

We are very surprised when we read some of these reviews.Having stayed at these apartments on three occasions during 2016 we have had nothing than less than positive satisfaction from the staff that are employed there and yes even Cathy who we have found to be most helpful in any requests that we have made.
With regards to visitors not being truthful with their requirements it is quite understandable that management would be unhappy.
We would without doubt recommend these apartments and indeed look forward to when we are next able to make another visit.

we check in in 2 night and it was fantastic great rooms and great view from the balcony we love it.

Really enjoyed our stay for the country festival. Rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped. Staff friendly and helpful. Fabulous location with buses, beach 1 block away, and many restaurants just out the door. Recommend and will be back.

We have stayed in their apartments 4 times now. Great location excellent amenities. It's not a 5 star luxury resort but if you are not a whinger you will love it. Shops and restaurants everywhere nearby . J&K

We stayed here at the holiday apartments on broadbeach for 4 nights. The location was "EXCELLENT"
The restaurants were wonderful
The accommodation was "FANTASTIC" the rooms were spotless, plenty of room for two adults and two teenage boy's. Every thing was provided for us, and the service was amazing. "Service with a smile" and so helpfull, we loved it. Indoor heated spa and pool and outdoor pools.
UBER was cheap and everywhere (no need to hire a car)
We are planning our 25th wedding anniversary next February 2019, we are going back to Broadbeach Holiday Apartments.

Hi we are an owner of one of the appartments in the building, purchased around 12 months ago. we don’t live in QLD but I must say that I’m extremely proud to have Broadbeach holiday apartments looking after our apartment.
We have stayed in our apartment on a number of Occassions and I can’t help but to express my complete gratitude that we have a great team in broadbeach holiday apartments.

Over the last 12 months I can only speak highly of the commitment, and can do attitude by Melody and her team. Adam is great to deal with and Kathy is just delightful.

The professional attitude displayed by the staff along with the can do attitude is second to none. They really try hard to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

I know this because as an owner I have had some of my friends and or family stay in my apartment, booked through BBHA un be known to them and deliberately put BBHA through the ringers on perpose. Sneaky I know. I want to make sure that who ever I give my business to, meet a high standard In order to retain my business.

I recall a time I was wanting to stay for a few days only to be informed that other guests had already booked during that period. No point arguing it’s a lost cause. GUESTS REALY COME FIRST not owners. Of course with the extreamly short notice given by me I wasn’t expecting any other outcome. In my book BBHA passed with flying colours once again. (That’s displays the commitment they have for their guests.

There may be the odd Occassion were things may not go according to plan, but they are always fixed. However it’s been very few and far between.

In closing I am delighted as an owner and convinced I have a great team by my side and I wouldn’t change it.

Congratulations Melody and your team for the passion, commitment and professionalism you have displayed in the time iv been dealing with you keep it up. THEY REALY DO CARE ABOUT THEIR GUESTS.

Great service,rooms amazing and so clean,perfect location for bit off shopping and close to trams so u can just jump on and go to surfers with no problems.

Girlfriend and myself spent 2 weeks in an east facing appartment on the 6th floor looking straight down on where it happens in Broady. Absolutely the best location appartment we've had , we partied hard and no bother from management and the place has its own unique style and charm that intoxicated us further. Our best 2 weeks together.

As noted in my review of The Phoenician of which the apartments are a section of, we had a great holiday here and would visit again.

Used to stay here often but hadn't been for many years but it was like stepping back into the family home. It was familiar, well appointed, great location and still look awesome

The only place to stay in Broadbeach if you want a quiet, comfortable, clean and comfortable room and the most fantastic staff on the Gold Coast.
