Collective sale success! When the owners in our building decided to sell collectively, we initially planned to get a 'normal residential' agent to represent us, we also spoke directly to a developer... we then decided to work with GV Property and they encouraged us to go to market and set up a great campaign which generated a lot of competition. After searching for a development site for over a year I was introduced to Antonio through a mutual friend. After months of looking at different sites we finally found one that suited. Our block was originally approached by a so-called ‘developer’ with some grey ‘terms and conditions’. We sought a second opinion from an “industry friend” who referred us to GV Property Group. We were told they are the best, and they specialize in amalgamations, collective sales and development sites sales.

Within a few weeks GV Property Group connected with all the owners in the block and we were up and running with a public EOI campaign.

GV negotiated a deal for the group that was significantly more favorable in both its terms/conditions and price. Without the help we received we may have missed out on this opportunity to sell as a collective and achieve a premium for our properties.
