So glad I found Fresh Family Dental.
I have walked past them so many times thinking I must call in to see what they were like .

Well I wish I had done it a lot sooner because as soon as I entered I was met with a warm welcoming atmosphere with lovely smiles. I explained my situation and straight away the lovely receptionist started organising everything for me.

Dr Rachel and her assistant were so lovely and friendly. She listened to all my concerns and was so gentle with my sensitive teeth that I was instantly put at ease. She talked me through everything that she was doing which made for a more comfortable experience.

I have booked the rest of the family in now.

I saw Dr. Ross Norman and I have got to say— his manner is exactly what I needed. I have had a rough couple of years with my health and hadn’t been to the dentist in over 18 months. Haven’t even been flossing lately. I received nothing but comfort and absolutely NO judgment. He was gentle, re-assuring and made me feel like I was definitely in the right place. The staff are warm and friendly and I felt very well looked after. Pricing is fair and competitive. There is construction out front currently, but that is temporary. Easy to find a park on the street nearby.

Such an easy going yet professional and friendly dental practice. Would recommend to anyone who needs anything from a clean to more intensive dental needs.

My son's first dental visit was a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and made him feel at ease from the moment we walked in. The dentist was patient and explained everything in a way that made my son comfortable and excited about taking care of his teeth. Highly recommend this dental office for kids!

Andrea and Georgia are just amazing… they make you feel so comfortable and calm whilst in the chair. They are even more amazing with young children. My 3 are constantly asking to go to the dentist because they make it so fun and informative for the kids!! I hated the dentist all my life, so I’m happy my kiddies won’t experience the same feeling because of how great Andrea and her team are!! Highly recommend.

Dr Andrea is the best dentist for people who do not enjoy going to the dentist. I moved 6 hrs away and travel up to see her when I need dental work done. I highly recommend her and her friendly team to everyone. They all make you feel so comfortable and it is enjoyable going to see Dr Andrea.

First time there lovely clinic friendly staff and dr Norman is an amazing dentist been seeing him for quite a number of years. Very happy will return again.

You won’t find a more professional and caring person than Dr. Andrea. Needle phobia extreme for me but she made it a very pleasant filling experience. Zero discomfort and zero pain for my local anaesthetic and she reads the room well and happy to chat or happy to let you relax. You can tell quickly, she is very good.

The best dentist I have ever been too. So caring and professional and reasonably priced you simply won't find a better practice than this one. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough.
