They utilise every part of yhe gym. The trainers are friendly & knowledgeable with great classes and the sauna, hydrotherapy is fabulous.

I joined the gym with my brother for a few days while staying at Pepper's. This may be the best gym we have trained in and between us we have trained at many gyms in Melbourne and Sydney. The facilities and equipment are second to none. But the stand out was the team that are welcoming, friendly and so accommodating. Loved the altitude cardio room and the recovery area. If you would like to workout when in Kingscliff then you must try the Gym at Salt. This is the perfect gym.

The gym at salt would have to be the best gym I have been to so far. Great friendly staff who were all very helpful as well as state of the art gym equipment including a ice bath/showers, magnesium pool and a low oxygen altitude training room. Definitely worth going in while your in tweed.

Facility is next level, coming from Bondi and expecting a bit less up here I am pleasantly surprised at the heightened level of excellence Salt Gym offer.

The Gym at Salt is an awesome place to achieve fitness and wellness goals. It’s amazing how such a professional establishment with current scientific theory behind each and every zone and class can also be so enjoyable and friendly. The large variety of equipment is brand new, clean and top of the range, both cardio and strength based. The altitude zone gives the chance to lift training a notch above what you might do anywhere else and the recovery zone is like a day spa. In each you find little pamphlets explaining the scientific theory behind the zone. There are numerous sessions daily, not conducted by walk in walk out trainers, but by the people who are there on the floor day in day out. Absolutely value for money and the best gym I have been in as either a member or a trainer.

The most beautiful gym family! Facilities are great, classes are tough, crèche is nurturing and the recovery room is just what’s needed after a hard workout or a stressful day with work or busy kids. Thank you!

Came here for a workout while I was in the area. Facilities and equipment are top notch (especially the VersaClimber!). Staff are super friendly, and the post-workout sauna, magnesium spa bath and ice shower or bath - whichever is preferred - are a treat.

By far the most outstanding gym and service you’ll find. The facilities are new, impeccably clean and state-of-the-art. The staff could not be more helpful, encouraging, supportive and knowledgeable. Every fitness level is accomodate for and welcomed. Absolutely worth every dollar.
