Gables Bend On High

I consider this rental property, Gables Bend Spa Villa, is not safe as it doesn't comply with Australian Building Codes. One of the important codes to ensure occupants are safe is that all habitable spaces in the building, such as the bedroom room and spar room in this building, must have a source of external ventilation. An internal door is considered insufficient. In this property there is no source of external ventilation in the bedroom and spar room, as the only previous source of external ventilation, external doors to the deck, have been sealed shut.
I have raised my concerns with the rental agent Dayget, but they never returned my call or published my review of this property. Nothing!!
