Seabird Tavern & Caravan Park

Great beach pub! Staff were so friendly and the food was excellent and reasonably priced👌 Anyone complaining needs to just look at the view😁 Going back again!
Edit: went back ... still the best Vege Nachos I've ever had!👌😁

We stayed 4 nights and dined at the tavern.
Easy to book the powered site, good price, good amenities and nice location + dog friendly.
Lovely weed/prickle free grass.

Delicious steak and great service at the pub.
We will definitely be returning.

We had a lovely meal today at Seabird tavern. We both ordered the fish (snapper) and had sweet potato chips instead of normal chips. The fish was fresh and cooked perfectly. The chips and salad were equally enjoyable. Service was friendly and attentive. We were surprised as we’ve had so many bad meals lately at country pubs. We can’t wait to come back!

Very nice caravan park. 4 night stay. It would have the softest, most lush grass that I have ever camped on. There aren't any trees for cover, but then that would possibly be detrimental to the grass. The tavern is great with very friendly staff and a good meal selection. They were so helpful and understanding when we had a vehicle problem. I wish we could have stayed longer. The beach and sunsets are some of the best, too.

Fantastic caravan/camping spot. Directly behind the tavern and the beach. Beautiful lush green grassy, powered sites. Clean, well maintained shower/toilet block. Great value. Great pub meals while you watch the sunset. And dog friendly.

Such a amazing pub meal the first of many with me + my man looking over at the sunset over the ocean after a 43c day we loved it be back again hopefully

Wow, what a place. First the Tavern, you have the best views of the ocean, then you great the best food and drinks 🍸breakfast, lunch and dinner not to mention the caravan park which is down the hill that is attached to the taven.
Then , at the cafe, it was awesome. We had one breakfast on our first morning. ( it's just up the road within walking distance)

10 of us stayed 2 nights in caravan park. Large grass sites. Adequate ablutions. Relaxes atmosphere. Short walk to tavern and beach. We plan to come back.

Sitting here in the Tavern eating a magnificent home style lunch. Tony the owner and all the hard working staff make this place the perfect holiday destination. Camping in powered camp sites. Soft well cared for sites.
We will definitely be coming back. Also the fishing on the beach was great fun.

Such a lovely relaxed location. Dog friendly. Yummy food. Caravan park was good. Shame it was so windy but that's out of anyone's control.

Great local vibe with underestimated Pub Grub, the best beers on draft AND Millon dollar views of the Indian Ocean! 💯A gem of a red dirt bush pub on the ocean! Where the red dirt meets the Sea!

Fantastic place to stay and staff are friendly. Tavern well stocked and lots of stuff for the kids to do. Amenities clean and well looked after.

Excellent little caravan park. The grass was lush and so soft. The tavern did great food and drinks. The cocktails were beautiful. The staff were friendly and attentive. Very dog friendly

Great service, Steak burgers and seafood is delicious. Garlic sauce is UNBELIEVABLE! Great friendly staff, so nice and made us feel at home, very patient and fun. Love the outfits 🤣REALLY QUICK time to get such great food ready! Only took 10mins. Great atmosphere and surroundings.

Spent the weekend here with 4 school mates from the 1970s as we always do once per year.
Great atmosphere, amazing food, staff are amazing ,friendly and courteous; Ameneties in the caravan park are clean and well serviced.

We stayed in the caravan park behind the tavern for 5 nights and absolutely loved it.
Amenities were clean and plenty of them.
Lovely grassy sites, some of the best you’ll find.
Tavern food and customer service was also fabulous!

Awesome place great food, staff everywhere and doing a great job

Great little place toilets are a bit dated but clean and maintained walk over the hill to beach. Tavern staff friendly fish & chips a bit on the costly side but excellent quality. Over all loved the place to me if you get cleanliness and quality $40 a night great $52 for two fish and chip great portions Try buy good fish & chips in freo for that. I'll be back ""seabird tavern & caravan park"".

What a great spot, only stopped in for a nice cold beer. But I will return there one day with the caravan.
