Goodstart Early Learning Edgewater

This centre is an amazing place to send your kids. The staff here are so wonderful. They really care about every child and family. Both my sons just finished their journey here yesterday and I just cannot recommend them enough. All educators are passionate and excited to provide a safe educational program; and the level on which they communicate is always professional. The food is great and the nappies are provided in the Nursery room. The kindy program includes a graduation evening upon finishing the year. Thank you Goodstart Early Learning - Edgewater team. We will miss you!

Best Daycare in the area! I have done many tours of daycares around the joondalup/woodvale/edgewater area and nothing compares to goodstart edgewater! My kids have been here for the last 15 months. They are the most lovely and patient educators. Very clean facilities. Highly recommend, wouldn't go anywhere else.

It’s a great place to put your kids safely and go. I had my son there at the toddler and kindy room. He never felt bored and I never worried about him. The staff and educators was great support to me all the new journey as a first time mother. The hygiene is excellent and the number of kids to educator is great so they are focusing on my son’s growth and development. I don’t think I ever had anything to complain about it. Five stars is my rating and I would like to give more.

Fantastic staff in every room ! My child gets so excited when she comes here. The friendships she has made with the educators will last a lifetime. The storypark app is great. The food menu is amazing. The staff generally care and have fun with the kids. Knowing my child is excited to go to daycare makes drop off a breeze

I have 2 children, one who has grown up with Goodstart Edgewater and is now at school and another who is still attending. Even 6 years ago, we were warmly welcomed into the Centre and were allowed to visit as often as we wanted to help the kids settle in. We’ve seen the implementation of “Storypark” (an app) which the staff update regularly with stories and pictures so you can see what the kids have done during the day, which is very reassuring. The staff are very friendly and helpful, from the educators to admin. Educators make a point of telling parents how the childs day went each day and happy to discuss any concerns.
The centre itself is very clean and well maintained. The menu each day is incredible, it is so healthy and varied.
The kids always have a range of activities to choose from and there is lots of outside play when the weather is nice!
The kids always come home happy and full of stories on “daycare days”. I am very happy with this centre and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone :)

I have 2 children at Goodstart Edgewater, one in the nursery and one in the Kindy room. The staff are all amazing, so friendly and approachable and they really do care about all the children. They have an app called story park that they update everyday with pictures and info on what activities your children are doing, which is great to see the kids smiley faces pop up on the app while your at work. It’s also great for Nanny and Grandad in England to be able to see what the kids are up to. Fresh, healthy meals are cooked on the day with a menu at reception so you know exactly what they are eating throughout the day. The outdoor area is huge for them all to run around. They have the children outside in the fresh air as much as they can. Very happy with the centre, Highly recommend!

We love this daycare centre. My son has been going for nearly 18 months just 1 or 2 days a week. I highly recommend because the staff are all so very friendly and helpful, many of them are parents themselves. I like how they ask for feedback, use Storypark to share what the children get up to during the day, change the rooms around every so often, and you can see they really care about the children. You can even get a copy of the healthy recipes they use !
For me it’s so great that it’s located less than 5 minute drive from Edgewater Station as I work in the city. Oh and they’re open until 6.30pm !! Just in case you’re running late !

Well what can I say, the staff are amazing!! Especially Tanya and the girls in the kindy room. Nothing is to much trouble, my little lad gets super excited in the mornings and never wants to come home.

Today, I picked him up and he said "Mum I had such a fun day today, wish you could come"

We've been attending daycare for about 3 weeks now, we choose this place as we'd heard good things and they haven't let us down.

There are so many wonderful aspects about our experience with this centre. Firstly, ALL staff members are friendly, welcoming and supportive to the whole family. Secondly, the children enjoy all the many and varied activities arranged for each day, as well as the extensive outdoor play area where they get to climb, play with sand and water, slide, run, hide .... it's perfect for these little adventurers! Finally, the staff are very professional and thorough with their daily individual reports at pick up time and online, as well as the daily reflections that allow us to see and read about all those activities they've enjoyed that day.

I have used a few day cares, all of which were good but have found Goodstart Edgewater to stand out from the rest. 2 of my kids went/go here, 1 is now in pre-primary and 1 has just moved up into the kindy room. My youngest started here when he was a baby and I've found each transition seamless. The staff are always happy and friendly. Communication is excellent, love the Storypark updates. We also never have issues with missing shoes, clothing etc. Location is also good, close to train line or freeway. Lovely end of year gatherings and other occasions held at the centre, which all my kids are welcome to, not just the ones who have attended there. Really happy with the care we've received so far.

Goodstart Edgewater provides an exceptional Early Learning facility. Leaving your children in the care of other people is never an easy thing to do, however the educators at Goodstart Edgewater are warm hearted, caring and so genuine.

The rooms are clean, tidy and well organised. The kitchen provides a nutritious and well balanced menu which rotates seasonally. Each room caters to the needs of the age group and the room leaders always make themselves readily available to speak with parents.

The team at Goodstart Edgwater have played a huge part in helping raise my babies and set good examples for them and I will be forever grateful we are part of the Goodstart family.

Very kind and caring staff. They are flexible and well priced. I have two children attending and trust them completely to provide all the care they need. Fresh food cooked on site and always a friendly face and smile when i drop them off. Staff have remained the same for a long time which also is a good sign its a great place to work and send your kids!

Fantastic staff, clean and warm environment, yummy healthy food is served, they have an app where they post daily stories and photos of what your child is doing, the children are helped with learning new things all the time, I highly recommend this child care. My children and grandchild have attended this centre, I would highly recommend this child care to anyone who is anxious about leaving their child.

My daughter has attended Goodstart Edgewater since she was 18 months old.The management team are brilliant and help manage my child care needs around my job where possible as I work shifts.The educators are amazing- friendly and kind. Great communication,always keeping me update with photos and progress reports of her day.My daughter is really happy here.I highly recommend Edgewater, fantastic day care.

I am happy with edgewater good stary, my two girls went there and they all happy when get home told everything about what they did. I like the educator in Edgewater goodstart as well they really warm and friendly, my 2 yo really loves with her Lea and Mel Mel she always happy to go to her day care when I mentioned those two names. Overall I am satisfied with their services and love to the childrens.

Friendly, caring staff, great with my child - she loves daycare days. They feed her healthy food, which makes life so much easier and provide a clean, fun environment for her to learn.

My daughter has loved attending this centre! Staff in all three rooms have been awesome and we’ve never had a day that she’s not full of exciting stories at pick up!
