We recently purchased a tv from good guys and have to personally thank David who went above and beyond to help us. He was extreme helpful, polite and professional whilst we had a lot of questions. Thanks so much for your time and effort David

Went shopping for a new TV and I wasn't going to stop in at The Good Guys but I tell you what I'm so glad that I did. I had the pleasure of being served by David Jennings in the electrical department and do yourself a favour if you are looking at purchasing a new TV pop in and see him as you won't be disappointed. Great customer service, experience, knowledge to any of the TV'S and most importantly he listens to what you the customer are looking for and budget and will lead you in the right direction. Puchased items from Warrawong Store. The delivery service was great. Received a call the morning of delivery to advise when to expect it, then another call 10mins out. They assisted installing the microwave which was a great help. 5 stars.

Received a delivery today, the delivery guys were fantastic and even offered to take my old Appliance away

Purchased a washing machine & paid the extra for delivery & install as well as taking the old unit away. Cannot recommend this service highly enough, the two guys who delivered & installed our washing machine earlier this week were courteous, efficient & friendly. Great service & great value.

I purchased several kitchen items including a new oven. Such accommodating and helpful staff are hard to find these days. Their honest answers to my questions was particularly appreciated. The staff certainly made my buying experience a pleasant one.
