Have used 99 Bikes Marion many times and they never disappoint on customer service! Came in after someone unfortunately messed with my cassette and they figured out the issue and fixed it so fast. Really polite, knowledgeable and happy to help you out. Highly recommend 👌

Went into Marion shop knowing nothing about E-bikes and was given lots of information to make my decision. Staff are friendly with lots of knowledge. Check online what is discounted to get a good deal.

Went in today to get my daughter’s balance bike fixed. The staff there were very helpful and fixed my bike while I was there. Definitely recommend 99 bikes on Marion Rd!

Kerianne was excellent, knowledgeable, and had us with the right bike at the right price quickly and efficiently. She then serviced the bike to make sure it was road worthy and ready to go. Highly recommend.

I was nervous going in as I am a single women with no idea about bikes. The service I got was remarkable. Not once was a treated like I had no idea. I was not sold the most expensive item just what was best for what I needed. I was never made feel dumb or like I didn’t know. The service was unreal I will be shopping again

We bought 2 bikes from Noel and enjoyed the experience very much. He wasn't a pushy salesman, he was professional, accommodating and he knew his product. In the end he gave us a great deal too. We highly recommend 99 bikes and Noel.

Great experience with 99 Bikes Marion Store. Always Friendly and helpful staff. Dropped in on Saturday Afternoon as I needed some help with some wheels and Brendan and the team in the workshop were able to get them sorted quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

I'd been looking for a hardtail mountain bike for quite some time. I weighed up between other models and eventually settled on a Merida Big Nine SLX edition. I saw that the Marion store had one in stock and I made my way down. I only realised once I got there that it was Easter, and the shop floor was total chaos filled with customers! The shop assistants were run off their feet! Despite the chaos, and between serving customers, James made sure to greet me and let me know he'd be with me shortly. Once it was my turn, James made sure I was choosing the right bike for my style of riding, and the right size. I was able to go for a substantial test ride and once I was happy with the bike, James checked over the bike and made sure I knew how to adjust the air shocks, remove the wheels, and look after the bike in general. I'd picked out some pedals and thought I'd fit them once I got home but despite the chaos, James made the time to fit them for me! I didn't expect to have my new bike so soon but I'm so grateful that they were able to sort me out on the day. I've already been for two laps around Chamber's Gully (see picture below) and I couldn't be happier with the bike and service today. Cheers!

Not being a member, I bought a tyre for my e-bike in August on the recommendation of a staff member. After being on holiday and on fitting the tyre, it was the wrong size. I returned in October to exchange the tyre without the paperwork from the original purchase. Despite being beyond the 30 day return policy date and after some negotiation, they exchanged the tyre for the right size one (same brand). Being satisfied, I paid the $5 membership.

Purchased a new bike rack not knowing what to buy. Noel was very helpful and even installed the rack to my vehicle which I appreciated as it was a difficult task.

Richard was a wonderful help to me and my 7 year old daughter when we were deciding on a bike for her. He was very informative and he was great with my daughter, we felt very well looked after. Thank you Richard!
