Officeworks Marion

I'm surprised to read some of the negative reviews. My experience was very positive! Whilst browsing for a couple of different things, I was approached by at least three staff members asking me if they could be of assistance. They were very friendly and most helpful. It was reasonably busy, but even when I approached a salesperson to ask after a laptop, he went out of his way to assist.
This is a large store with an excellent selection of products, including office furniture. It was well visited as most parking spots were filled so there are obviously lots of satisfactory customers 😀. BTW, it's easy enough to park on the BCF side and walk across if you can't find a park.

Henry at the Marion store was so helpful. We needed three chairs, two desks, floor mats etc… and he just kept helping.

Went shopping for some new office furniture and was really impressed with the service we received. The sales assistant Ellen was really helpful and actually went and made sure what we were looking for was in stock as it wasn't on the shop floor. Its not too often you get this kind of service any more. Thanks.

Being time poor I usually order everything online and get it delivered. I was desperate for something straight away so on the way home from work late Thursday night I stopped into the Marion store for the first time. It was about 8pm was a perfect time, the store was very quiet which was surprising because I know how busy they can get. I only went there for one thing but ended up browsing through the whole store. From the second I walked in the door I was greeted by someone and every staff member I passed said hello and offered assistance. I don’t know his name but one guy was super friendly and we had a quick chat for a minute. I was served by Ash at the counter and she was fantastic. Great customer service and conversation. The store was clean and shelves full of stock. It’s a shame others haven’t enjoyed their experience here because I really couldn’t fault anything. Thanks team 😊

I was there on Monday 1st August with my client. I am a support worker and my client needed a few different photo items arranged. A young lady named Ofogh was helping us and her assistance and patience was amazing, as there was many people waiting, she still made sure my client got everything she wanted and with a smile throughout the whole experience. Great customer service. Great staff. Thank you.

Every time I come here, I receive great customer assistance. Today, my husband came in to ask about modems/routers, and had one of the IT team members give fantastic advice about what to use. He really felt like they went above and beyond, and is kicking himself that he forgot their name to mention in here!

Excellent. Customer service is flawless, staff are friendly, happy to help and know what they’re talking about. My Apple Airpods were acting up not long ago and officeworks were able to have them completely replaced. 100% recommend this location in particular.

The customer service at this place is the best I have consistently experienced. The time a staf5memver spent on the phone with me sourcing the.best printer to suit my needs was amazing. In the end didn't have what I needed but it's the first place I will go before anyone else. Then they allowed me to return something that would have been understandable if they refused. Well done office work Marion. Wouldn't go anywhere else

an extremely good store with loads of items. i ordered a monitor that was outer state to bring it here and it arrived in 1 and a half days. waiting time is excellent. bought many things here. staff is trained well and very nice. will be going back here

I'm giving this office a 5 star only because of the exceptional customer service of Melak, who went above and beyond her duty to help me. As I'm technologically challenged and was struggling with some digital jargon to get some cards printed. While Melak was patiently explaining it, I could see that the manager was pressuring her to move on! What an utterly disgusting behaviour by one in charge. Instead of applauding the efforts put in by this young girl to help me... she was being admonished. Is this what customer service has come to? The young girl showed amazing resilience and went on to complete her task without getting perturbed. No wonder this office has really poor reviews for customer service!!!

Had a great experience and service at Officeworks MARION when I went there to buy an office chair. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
We went there after visiting our nearest store, Noarlunga. The lovely sales assistant was surprised and embarrassed by the attitude of the manager at Noarlunga, who wanted to charge me full price for the only one left in stock, which was on display and had been sat on and handled by who knows many people. So much for COVID safe Officeworks Noarlunga - we will be going straight to Officeworks MARION in future.

Top points to this store. Plenty of roaming staff who seem happy to answer questions. Prices are really competitive and the shop has lots of unexpected items. We purchased plenty of stuff here. Suggest you visit this shop for a look around.

The Photo desk was swamped, but the 2 staffers gave their full attention to each of us. The "greeter", the cash register staffer, and I traded good humour when I checked-out; obviously, they have a high regard for each other, which they generously shared with me. Four marvelous women on your Marion team! And thanks for continuing to print photos for only 10 cents. My relatives love to get individual sets of our get-togethers.

amazing store filled with amazing products. its a big shame that the opening hours changed as i would visit often after 7pm. i suggest that you open back up to 9pm a few times a week :)

Easy, fast, and cheap printing, done while you wait except for huge jobs (which is totally reasonable). The staff are helpful and friendly, and I was asked if I needed any help a number of times while shopping for a chair. A+
