From the first contact in their showroom, through to completion, George and his team have been fantastic. Not only is the variety of product vast, but the pricing and installation amazing. David (our installer) was an absolute gem with going above and beyond to ensure our flooring looked exactly how we wanted and more. We will be using Timberclub again and have referred them to anyone who will listen... Thank you team, we are so happy with our new flooring and stairs!!

They have a nice, well presented show room in Fairy Meadow to pick what you like & take samples home. They move fast and do a great job. The new flooring looks excellent.

George came over a couple of times with samples and to answer questions and offer helpful sugestions. When deciding on a product we sought several other businesses and quotes. George believed in the quality of the product he recommended and we were thrilled with the result.

George Pang at Timberclub and his tradesmen, Sky and William, did a brilliant job of removing old carpet and laying floorboards in my parent's lounge room and two bedrooms. They were incredibly hard working, did the job in one day and left the apartment clean and tidy. George accommodated my parents by showing them the look of various trimming options once the floor was laid. We were all delighted by the end result and the company's professionalism.

Went there to have a look and quote. Joey and Lyanna were very helpful. Will decide which to get when the manager come onsite to measure and advise.
On scheduled date, George Pang came and had a look. He asked what we like and gave very helpful suggestion. He measured the unit and gave us an estimate and when he returned to office, he sent us the written price which is exactly what he estimated. Really appreciate George patience in explaining all the aspects of the timber flooring. Thumbs up!

We are a second time customer. Timberclub flooring was very professional and did a fantastic job on our bamboo flooring which was a very unique and specific design. The best workmanship I've seen. I would recommend them to anyone.
