The most striking aspect of Clover Hill is its panoramic views. On one side, the majestic mountains stand tall, their peaks often kissed by clouds, offering a sense of grandiosity and awe. On the other, the serene sea extends to the horizon, its rhythmic waves providing a calming soundtrack to the area’s natural beauty. The contrast between the imposing mountains and the peaceful sea creates a harmonious balance that is rare and enchanting.

Equally charming is the sight of cows grazing leisurely on the lush green fields of Clover Hill. The pastoral scenes are a reminder of the simple, unhurried pace of life here, far removed from the bustle of urban settings. The cows add a touch of bucolic bliss to the landscape, making it a perfect retreat for those seeking to reconnect with nature.

Beautiful lookout, parking is close by and the views are spectacular.
Came here with a group on motorcycles and was able rescue a young lady who'd gone through the parking barrier and was teetering on sliding down into the bush off a cliff. Luckily we were able to push the car back uphill and everyone left happy. We tried to put the barrier back but could only do so much.
Long story short, be careful in the parking area as the soft ground means you will push through barrier if going the wrong way.
Otherwise a very lovely lookout with some nice nature surrounds.

I’ve been here a few times, and I’m always speechless at the view. The drive up is beautiful itself, with so much greenery and farmlands. Don’t forget to stop on the road up to say hi to the horses and cows!

The small walkway to the lookout from the parking lot is safe for people of all ages and mobility in my opinion, and the lookout itself is splendid. Definitely worth the trip.

Located at the top of Seddleback mountain. The view of Jamberoo valley is mind blowing from this lookout especially on a sunny day. A short walk from the carpark. The views to Illawarra escarpment and the Illawarra brush are stunning . The drive to the lookout is so beautiful.

The drive up to the lookout was really easy and enjoyable. There is lots of parking and a short path to the lookout platform.
The view was stunning, we could see right up to Lake Illawarra, to the horizon on the east. The highway seemed to disappear and all you could see was beautiful rolling hills and farm land.
It's free, peaceful and beautiful.
No toilets, no picnic area.

Amazing views, was hardly anyone around and able to soak up experience. Short walk from the carpark to see all views. I enjoyed the drive up to the lookout also.

Amazing views of the valley, surrounding mountains and the sea in the background. Winding way up with cattle farms along the way. Just a 1.5 hour drive from Sydney, its a must see on the way to the Southern Highlands.

Beautiful place to go visit if you’re in the Illawarra. Even though it was a cloudy day on my visit, the views were still wonderful. There are 3 different lookouts, all fairly easy to get to, about 3 minute walk to each. I love all the countryside and scenery.

Beautiful view, but western and southern lookouts were blocked by trees.

3 separate lookouts. The Southern and Northern lookouts are the ones to see. The southern is accessible by turning left straight after the gate and cutting arcoss the grass, the path towards the lookout is marked by 2 green posts you will pass. The other is on the right as you enter the parking area.

From the lookout we walked up to the start of Hoddles Track. It can get very misty up there as the nor easter blowing up the mountain condenses into cloud. Thankfully we had a sunny day.
The Track is very steep to begin with and the western end is a very steep climb up but it levels out in the middle. Beautiful forest environment awaits the eager walker for about 6kms return. Take food and drink. Very good new toilet facilities.

Great place for a short walk up to an Outlook, shame there was low clouds when we visited but I'm sure it gives a great view on a good day. We managed to say though that we'd touched the clouds whilst staying in Australia!

This lookout point has 3 viewing platforms with different view, the southern one took longest to walk with stairs. The others are easy to walk. If running out of time to explore then northern is best, following by southern and northern

Great lookout area. Three lookouts - all with different outlooks.
One a bit overgrown with trees - but still a nice walk. One is fully accessible

Mesmerising lookout which is about 40 mins drive from Wollongong or 15 mins drive from Kiama. Such a nice drive with beautiful nature.
Toilet: available
Car park: available
Safe Road
Worth going during sunset or early hours to see the beautiful sun rays on the nature.
