I'm a new customer and have seen Cathy just twice so far. On both times she has trimmed and styled my fine hair into a lovely bob which stays looking great even as it grows longer. More than that though, she understands the value of good customer service and gives it. On my first visit after the trim she even spent quite a bit of time showing me ways to style my hair to add volume! I've never had that experience before. Thanks Cathy for the gold standard of service! 😊

I have never had a consistent hairdresser before, and safe to say that I will be returning to Cathy from now on! She coloured my hair and took the time to figure out exactly what I wanted, answering every question I had. She did a beautiful colour, cut and blow dry. I then decided I wanted a perm, but was quite nervous. Cathy talked me through the process, took the time to answer all of my questions, and it turned out so beautiful. She gives a professional service in a timely manner, and is great if you want to have a chat whilst you're there. Cannot give a better and more deserved review for her friendly service! I visited Bella Hair after a LONG search for a quality hairdresser. Cathy gave me the most AMAZING colour and cut. I am so very happy with my new style and edgy cut. Exactly what I wanted... I think it's safe to say that Bella Hair is my new, permanent hairdressing salon. I have never been happier with a style.

Cathy at Bella's is fantastic - I came to her after being with my old hairdresser for some 15 years. I needed a change and I needed someone who could see the possibilities. I have now had 4 cuts and colours from her and could not be happier. The salon is pleasent and soothing and Cathy listens to my wants and questions while providing a thoroughly professional service at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend her services.

Cathy and her staff have been doing my hair for about 15 years now, I usually have my hair coloured and styled, it's always exactly what I want and consultations are always conducted professionally and of a high standard. I've never had an issue with booking or changing my appointments as they always get back to me. I would highly recommend a visit to Bella Hair Richmond.

I wish I could give Bella or Cathy 6 stars for her amazing customer service and hair styling skills. Been a long I havent seen such a wonderful hairdresser, she just knows what she is doing and she did a very great job, adding that she had had a long day and still happily did my hair until 8.50pm :) I came in still indecisive what to do with my hair. It was long frizzy and unmanageable. Cathy just read me and suggest which is best. Price is reasonable too. I came out another happy customer. Wish I knew you earlier. If you havent found your favourite hairdresser, try Bella.

I walked in to this salon today looking like a middle aged woman and came out looking fantastic. My daughter told me I looked amazing and “heaps younger”. This salon has given me the best outcome I have ever had at any salon. Jo picked my colours and they just look incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and I never felt rushed. I have found a real gem in the Hawkesbury and one I will be returning to. Thank you Jo.
