Great Gym. Plenty of cardio equipment and weights to use. Staff are lovely. Place is always spotless. Great value. Highly recommend.

Family run gym with a focus on knowing and helping their customers. Lots of extra benefits too like program cards written by the staff specifically to help you reach your goals and a variety of classes run daily. Ive been training there for over 10 years now and l wouldnt even consider changing gyms. Keep up the good work Team Total!
